Large open grassy pasture (no horses will be in it at time of visiting). Fenced with "no climb" wire from the ground to about 4' Large 10'x24' open run-in shed provides shade. Water spicket conveniently located near gate.

*BACKYARD ONLY- FRONT YARD IS OFF LIMITS DUE TO GARDEN AREA* Access backyard by going through front yard, gate will be on the left of the house to access the back. Covered porch area in back with seating. Will have hand sanitizer and bug spray available. Poop bags will be available as well - please clean up after your dogs and throw bags away in garbage bin (by front gate of the house). Agility tunnel is available to use, may or may not be placed out already - if not it will be on the back porch. Dog toys will be available on the porch as well in a little bin. Outdoor kids play house will be available to use, but the trampoline is OFF LIMITS. please do not use the trampoline. Please do not allow dogs to dig. Dog wash station is free to use. Hose will be located on the side by the trampoline, the faucet to turn it on is in front of the house by the front door (there is a hose splitter - make sure the one to the back yard is switched on also). Owners dogs will be inside during your reserved times. Occasionally the train goes by. One bowl of water will be provided upon request. Back yard has two sections that are gated off but you can open gate. Please close this gate and main entrance gate prior to leaving the property.

Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog.

Bring your furry friends for a little outside time. We have a decent sized fenced in back yard. There is a chair and umbrella for your comfort. The teal bowl will be filled with fresh drinking water for the dogs. I do have a small raised garden, as of now nothing is planted so don’t stress if your furry friends get curious. When I do plant stuff I plan to have a cover but accidents do happen, all I ask is that you try to avoid the garden. Located off the beaten path, this location has tons of room for you and your dog to relax, play, and explore. We also take suggestions to make the area more comfortable for you and your fur baby. This spot is truly a gem. With nighttime fairy light, two fire pits, shade in the day time and open sky at night, water hose access, dog wash center near by and beverages and snacks on-site, we aim to make you have as good a time as your pet.

Large deck overlooking the entire yard with a beautiful wooded backdrop. 3 access gates provide easy in and out. Even take your dogs for a quiet walk thru the woods if you want! 6ft privacy fence, well maintained yards. For the humans if you’d like use of your amenities such as the fire pit, grill, outdoor games and restroom there will be a $50 fee. If you don’t pickup after your dog there is a $25 fee. You may see myself or cleaners inside the home but you have full private use of the backyard.
