Welcome to our Clarendon Sniffspot! Our “dog park” is a fully fenced, grassy yard with enough room for fetch and zoomies! Amenities: We provide the following amenities for you and your pups: dog toys, fresh water, bug spray/sunscreen, and poop bags. Noises/Distractions: Our street is fairly quiet, but we are surrounded by apartment buildings so you may occasionally hear children playing or dogs walking by. Parking: Our driveway has space for 1-2 cars. You may park in the driveway. If for some reason the driveway isn't available for parking we'll inform you ahead of time! Street parking is permit-only weekdays from 8-5. You may not park in the lot next to the house, but there is also metered parking around the corner on Highland. Our fur babies love our space and we know yours will, too!

Fur-Get Me Not is a leading daycare, boarding, and training facility in the area. We welcome the dog community to exercise and provide mental stimulation utilizing our facility when the dog training school is not actively in use. We work with many rescues and also reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the need to provide a safe play space for these dogs and happy to offer our facility as a stress-free option.

Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if you'd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big black trash can in the driveway on your way out. A no frills spot if you just want a nice spot for your dog to run around in for an affordable price. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.

After living in a townhome in Old Town for 20 years with no yard or outdoor space, I decided to buy a new house. My dogs only exercise was walking on a leash or finding empty dog parks at strange hours. Although my dogs were well-behaved, I observed a lot of negative behavior from pets and owners in city dog parks and wasn’t comfortable letting my dogs mingle there. When I bought this house a couple years ago, I knew I wanted to create an oasis for my pets. My landscape architect clearcut 75 feet back into the woods, installed retaining walls to help level the steep slope on the side yard and planted lots of grass to create the perfect backyard. The property is on almost an acre, so the back of the fence is very private with a wooded area. Occasionally, you can see deer on their way to the creek and hear fox behind the fence, although that is usually after 11pm. There is a lot of privacy and nature to enjoy from the patio.The yard is bright and sunny in the morning and shady after 2 or so. Since my yard brings so much joy to my dogs, when my friend told me about Sniffspot, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to share this dog friendly space with the community. There is always ample street parking right in front of my house.  The 6 foot fence is reinforced with chicken wire to keep small dogs in and other animals out. The gentle slope is perfect for fetch to wear out high energy dogs faster. Lots of areas to sniff and explore. The entire yard is dog friendly with no pesticides or toxic plants. Water hose, dog bowl, toys, dog bags and trash can are provided. This yard was created for my dogs so all furniture is pet friendly and the dogs go wherever they want. I do try to keep them out of the fenced part of the garden (where the tacky yard art lives 😂) due to beer traps for the slugs but I don’t freak out when they jump the mini-fence. I don’t want any guest to feel any stress while visiting. Dogs will be dogs and normal dog behavior is expected. There is a fan next to the gazebo for warm days. The fan is plugged into a multi-outlet extension cord and you’re welcome to use both! If you’re into grounding, I never wear shoes when I’m in my yard. The entrance from the street is double gated, like a dog park, to prevent accidental escapes. Enjoy the gazebo and patio with dog beds for relaxing and shade. Surrounded by trees, the birds and fountain offer the perfect oasis to get away from high stress city living. Wednesday late mornings and early afternoons are blocked off for my lawn mowing company. Monday mornings, my dog poop pickup company services my yard. On Mondays, they usually come in the morning, but I don’t have a specific time. If you have a people aggressive dog, you may want to avoid this time since I don’t know when they will actually show up. I do pick up daily but have the service for anything missed as it’s a large yard with 3 dogs to track. Fido will LOVE ❤️ this huge open space with both sun ☀️ and shade 🌳! Great for playing fetch, getting out the zoomies, or relaxing in a chair under a huge oak tree 🌳! Fur-parent will love the peace, quiet, and sounds of birds chirping. The perfect place for fur-baby and fur-parent!

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.

Arrival Notes: • Parking: Please park in front of the garbage cans located by the garage. • Dog Etiquette: Kindly keep your dogs leashed and off the front lawn. They can relieve themselves in the designated circle or elsewhere if necessary, but please minimize their presence on the front lawn. • Dog Waste: Dispose of all bagged dog waste in the trash can with the black lid in front of the garage before leaving. • Entrance and Exit: Access our Sniffspot using the single gate on the right-hand side of the house (as you face it from the driveway). The side yard next to the garage is off-limits. • Supplies: Dog bags are available in the boxes attached to the fence. There is a water bowl next to the hose bib for your convenience. Additionally, a picnic table, chairs, bug spray, and hand sanitizer are provided for your use. • Further Exploration: At the bottom of the stairs, another single gate with more dog bags provides access to the field, creek, and wooded walk. Please leash your dogs beyond this point unless they have excellent recall. Wildlife such as deer, foxes, raccoons, rabbits, hawks, and even beavers may be encountered. • Paths: To the left, a path leads through the woods, up the hill, and around the garage. On the right-hand side of the field, a gravel path leads back up to the driveway. You are welcome to explore the property with your dog(s). Description: • Property Overview: The property spans five acres and includes half an acre of fully fenced lawn, wooded paths, and an open field bordered by Popes Head Creek. Dogs enjoy running and playing off-leash in the fenced lawn area, and there are designated spots like a fire hydrant in the pea gravel area and a sandbox for their use. The creek offers a refreshing spot for dogs to explore and cool off. The property also provides numerous picturesque opportunities in all seasons. Dog Limitations: • Limit: We allow up to 4 dogs per reservation. If you wish to bring more or arrange a play date, please contact us to discuss it. Vehicle Limitations: • Vehicles: Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring a third vehicle, please add "Extra - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and inform us to ensure adequate space. Child Supervision: • Children: Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents are liable for any damage caused by their children. Sniffspot Guest Waiver and Release: • Waiver: Before using our spot, please review and accept our Sniffspot Guest Waiver and Release, effective from your first booking or use. We have a spacious, secure private fenced and peaceful yard, in a quiet and dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, and a side entry gate.  Our yard has sunny areas, as well as plenty of trees providing natural shade and much needed coolness during those hot humid summer days.  A natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 7ft wooden privacy fence all the way around the property, the front and neighbor side sections are double sided, so a perfect solution for reactive pups and a side entry gate.  Completely pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer free yard!  Our ground cover is soft playground wood chips, soft for all pup paws, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies!  The playground chips are a natural tick repellent; a fresh thick layer of mulch was added late April! We are open during rainy weather too for those of you with rain loving pups!  The overhangs, patio umbrella and tree coverage keep paw parents dry too!  Added bonuses, the chips dry quickly, there's no mud or slippery grass.  You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs, lawn chair seating and a hammock!  We also provide poop bags, doggie wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, kiddie pools and outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills or hose play, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans too! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard.  Good space for running, playing chase, frisbee, tennis ball, chuck it, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around under the shade or in sun spots for the more mature pups!  The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. **Our priority is opening up our space for your furbabies to enjoy to their heart"s content. If you need to bring your human children too, please make sure they are well behaved, respectful of our property and possessions, and under your mature supervision at all times! Smoking, vaping, alcohol and glass containers are not permitted at our spot. Memberships are available for this spot, benefits include member only or priority hours during the cooler hours in the mornings and evenings in the hotter weather, shorter advanced booking notice, carry over unused hours etc. All 100% of booking proceeds are donated to rescue groups saving neglected/abused/sick/healthy unwanted pets dumped in overcrowded high kill shelters - including recurring monthly donations to Pets With Disabilities; Lizzy's Lodge Rescue; Miri's Legacy; Angel's Among Us Pet Rescue; Big Dog Ranch Rescue; Shadows Sanctuary; Southside SPCA; HART; and Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation.  Thank you for supporting pups in need.

Beautiful two acre lot in the heart of Great Falls, VA. A welcoming place for you and your pups to run wild and feel the wind in their face! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. The “park” is still being developed so stay tuned for more “dog friendly fun” activities. As the weather warms up, we will provide water fun for the doggies, too!

Enjoy our private, fenced dog park just 1 mile from Downtown Silver Spring. We have plenty of room to run around, hills to climb, and dirt to dig! We provide a quiet spot for doggy play and are happy to provide some toys and fresh water.

*With summer it's a little buggy. There's bug spray on the back table for your use if you need it.* *The lawn just got a fresh cut as of 5/19. It looks great, so come on by and check it out!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

Come hang out in Reptar's backyard! With the hot weather upon us, we invite your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access to swim. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. We even have an agility course for some extra fun! We welcome you to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find more baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

Our large, fully-fenced yard with pool is the perfect spot to cool off this summer. Dogs and their parents are allowed in the chlorinated pool. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk!

We are a dog training facility. We offer our Sniffspot clients access to our outdoor, fully fenced, double gated dog park. Towels, hand sanitizer, and first aid kit available upon request.

The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!

This 1 acre fenced in yard is a dog’s playground heaven. Plenty of room to run and play safely or for doggy exercise. No matter what your plans are you’ll have a great time.

The route to the Farmette is very scenic and is near Smallwood State Park and various boat, fishing locations. The street is milled, so drive slow as you ride to the end of the road. The yard is fully fenced, secured by a farm gate. You will enjoy a pesticide and chemical free yard for the safety of all 🐕. Bug spray and natural flea, tick spray is provided for all visitors. Come and watch your pets run the wide open spaces, splash in the Puddle Park 💦🫧. Seating, plenty of shade can be found on the grounds. There is plenty of space to park inside of the spot and allows for multiple vehicles of any size to park to accommodate large pup parties🙂 . Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.
