Your reservation includes exclusive access to more than 20 securely fenced acres featuring open fields, a pond, and a wooded walking trail with plenty of room for off-leash adventures. The property is fertilizer-free and pesticide-free, with off-street parking inside the farm gate. Because wildlife is part of this natural setting, please review the listed hazards before your visit. We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, drinking water, waste bags, and a towel if your dog enjoys the pond. Come explore, relax, and make happy memories together at 2 Fish Farm!

Escape to Black Dog Farm for fresh air, happy sniffing, and a little adventure at your dog’s pace! Explore our self-guided wooded trail, with sensory stops along the way that invite your pup to sniff, investigate, and enjoy something new. Two marked “pause paths” offer space to step aside and take a quiet break. Your visit also includes use of our pasture, which is a little over 2 acres—plenty of room to wander and explore together. We’re a working farm, so our horses and pig may be visible during your visit. Our other dogs will be put away during your reservation. Please note: the pasture is only partially fenced, and the trail is not enclosed. This is not a fully fenced dog park; bring a leash or long line for exploring safely. Come enjoy a peaceful change of scenery and some quality time with your dog! 🐾

Pool (80 degrees) for dogs & their humans Inside fenced yard

Small yard and pool. Fully fenced. Pool has a tanning ledge for dogs to stand on. Covered porch available with tv and fan. Bathroom in guesthouse available for use. Family members are welcome to swim with the dogs. Pool temp kept around 80-82. Warmer when it gets cold out. Message me if it’s within 24 hours and I may be able to accommodate but my settings block out the reservations within 24 hours.

The one plus acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, there are also woods they can go into, they also have access to a pond about 3/4 acre, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. If you are in the pond area, please do not go on the side where the house is situated, this is a private area, stay on the opposite side. The whole area is fenced. Five acres in total. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

Pool activities are primarily for pups. Humans can get in the pool for safety and support IF needed, but your pup(s) should be your sole focus. Hi! We are so excited to share our little oasis with your pups this summer! Come enjoy our fully fenced in backyard with a pool, lounge area and .5 acre yard! We kindly ask that upon arrival you go around to the left side of the house to access the yard! Please give your pup a rinse with our hose before getting into the pool! We have towels and pool toys available for your use and just ask that you return them in the bins at the end of your time with us. You will also find water bowls and poop bags for your pups as well! A few rules 🐾 We kindly ask that no children under 12 are brought to the space. Please DO NOT let your dog on the furniture. No more than 2 humans per dog. 1 dog=2 humans, 2 dogs=4 humans etc.. if you’d like to bring more guests please select the add on! We look forward to having you here at Labrador cove!

The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! In the summer, though, the creek dries up until the fall rains come. You can always message us to find out if there is water in the creek before your visit. There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂
