Welcome to our private, fully fenced backyard designed with dogs in mind. We purchased this home specifically so our own dogs could have a safe, secure place to run, play, explore, and relax—and we’re excited to share that space with yours. Our large, professionally maintained lawn offers plenty of room for zoomies, fetch, sniffing, and off-leash play in a calm, peaceful setting that feels like your dog’s own personal park. Mature trees provide natural shade, and the space is quiet, private, and enclosed for peace of mind. The yard is professionally maintained weekly, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for every visit. This spot is ideal for: *Dogs who need space away from crowded parks *Training sessions or structured play *High energy dogs who love to run *Reactive or shy dogs who do best in private settings We also offer dog agility equipment for enrichment and play. Guests are welcome to use any designated pet equipment during their visit and are asked to return it to its original location afterward. Our goal is simple: to provide a safe, stress-free, dog first experience where you and your pup can relax and enjoy quality time together.

PAW Forward Doggie Park, Manteca

A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Enjoy exclusive access to our indoor K9 training facility, perfect for dogs who benefit from a quiet, controlled environment instead of busy dog parks. This space includes both an indoor detection/training room and a smaller outdoor play yard, and you’re welcome to use both during your booking. Our facility includes: • climate-controlled indoor training/detection room • small outdoor play yard for potty breaks and fresh air • use of our slatmill (owner-operated only) • assorted training equipment available for responsible use • public restroom access during your visit This is a private rental, so only your dogs will be scheduled during your visit. It’s a great option for: • reactive or sensitive dogs needing space • working dogs needing focused training time • puppies learning confidence in new environments • enrichment sessions and sniffing/exploration time Please note: we are an active boarding and training facility. At times, boarding dogs may bark or get excited, so please be aware of potential background noise.
