One of the gates is a wooden gate (does not latch easy) this is for the smaller fenced in area. If it’s the larger fenced area you want then you will pull into driveway and walk around the garage to the left hand side to where a chain link fence will be to the larger fenced in area. Both areas can be utilized during the time you have booked as well. There’s a chain link fence dividing the two areas with a gate connecting the two yards.

The Magic Land Homestead is a 70 acre provate retreat space with 2 Airbnb rentals a treehouse and an A-Frame. We chickens, turkey and geese so be sure your dog is foul safe or would need to be leashed. The lake and open field and mostly away from the foul but they are free range so could be anywhere. We have guests who stay and typically would not allow bookings of strange dogs during their stay. That means 70 acres mostly alone. I also drive a tractor and mow on certain days, otherwise it's very peaceful and quiet.
