6 foot tall privacy fence, has big trees in fenced area, has concrete patio, access to water. Couple neighbors have dogs, can hear them bark at times, but can't see them. Have a rather large front and side yard that isn't fenced if wanted to use with dogs in a leash.

2 acre pond for dogs to train and swim. Partially fenced , but off a main road. Total of 3 acres. Leashes not required but to do so is at your own risk. Bring your own chairs, water etc. please remove all trash you may have as no trash cans are available. You may park past the pond on the grass to your left by the big trees too if you like since it’s so hot. just allow for access for delivery’s etc. We are open for outside events for any rescue group that needs a venue as well. Just message me here for information. Due to the severe heat/dryness, the pond is currently low. Swimming for dogs is at owner’s discretion, I will update here as weather changes.
