The Gulch Lake

Unfenced
100 acres

The ultimate dog escape! A certified organic ranch and dreamy lake surrounded by rolling hills! Your dogs can experience wild foul, fish and cattle or spend their time time swimming away at the lake! There is a picnic table (not in the best shape, but can fit about 4 people) for your stuff and a great combination of sun and shade surrounding the lake! We recently added a 1.2 mile trail around our property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Accessing our lake requires a bit of a walk through uneven terrain with cow holes, which may be challenging for some. If you have difficulty walking on rough ground, this Sniffspot may not be the best fit. While there is a path, it is not perfectly smooth, and less active visitors may find it hard to navigate. Cows do roam freely in the same field. They are harmless, but please be sure to close all gates securely when entering or leaving the area. We recommend ignoring the cows—they’ll leave you alone if you do the same. Our house is the only house on the right side of the road. Please do not stop/disturb the first houses on the left side of the driveway. Keep coming down our driveway and park near the light blue green house on the right. If you’re wondering if we test for toxic blue green algae, the answer is yes! The test was negative! Please see our pictures for confirmation of a negative test! Test performed on 6/1/25

Kara's Happy Dog Tails And Trails Hiking Ranch

Partially Fenced
500 acres

Hi this ranch is a beautiful private place to walk and hike with your dogs. I grew up out here and this ranch holds many wonderful memories for me and my family. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. *IMPORTANT* We have young cows out here that roam around freely. They will occasionally be in the area where you will be hiking. KEEP YOUR DOGS LEASHED IF THEY MAY CHASE THE HEIFERS! I also have this description shown in the potential hazards section of my spot. Thank you 🙏

Frequently asked questions about Junior College Neighborhood Association dog hiking trails

What types of dog hiking trails are available in Junior College Neighborhood Association?

Junior College Neighborhood Association has 6 dog hiking trails with diverse features: woods, hiking trail and scenic views. Whether you need a fully-fenced space for poor recall, a quiet location for a reactive dog, appropriate sizing for small breeds, gentle terrain for seniors, or specific amenities like water features or agility equipment, you'll find options in Junior College Neighborhood Association. Filter by fencing, size, distractions, and amenities to match your needs.

When can I book dog hiking trails in Junior College Neighborhood Association?

Junior College Neighborhood Association dog hiking trails are available based on host scheduling—many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for you. Check individual Junior College Neighborhood Association listings for specific availability. Flexible scheduling is especially helpful for dogs with specific needs: reactive dogs who do better during quieter times, working dog owners needing early/late slots, or seniors needing cooler morning hours.

How do I book a dog hiking trail in Junior College Neighborhood Association?

Browse 6 available dog hiking trails in Junior College Neighborhood Association, select your preferred date and time, and reserve through Sniffspot. Most Junior College Neighborhood Association locations offer instant booking. You'll receive confirmation, exact address, and entry instructions. The booking process takes just minutes—perfect when your dog needs exercise, whether that's a reactive dog requiring safe space, a puppy needing socialization, or an energetic dog burning off steam.

What's the most popular dog hiking trail in Junior College Neighborhood Association?

The Gulch Lake is highly rated among Junior College Neighborhood Association dog hiking trails, known for excellent amenities and positive reviews. However, the "best" spot depends on your dog's needs—reactive dogs might prioritize privacy and quiet, puppies might need secure fencing, seniors might want flat terrain, while active dogs might want maximum running space. Can I use Junior College Neighborhood Association dog hiking trails for training sessions?

Yes! Junior College Neighborhood Association dog hiking trails are perfect for training because they're private and distraction-free. Do Junior College Neighborhood Association dog hiking trails accommodate multiple dogs?

Most Junior College Neighborhood Association dog hiking trails welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings for specifics). Are Junior College Neighborhood Association dog hiking trails available year-round?

Many Junior College Neighborhood Association hosts maintain their dog hiking trails throughout all seasons. Filter for covered or climate-controlled options if weather matters. Indoor dog hiking trails provide year-round access regardless of Junior College Neighborhood Association weather conditions. Check individual listings for seasonal availability and policies.
