55Large yard and fully fenced with not cracks. My dog was able to play fetch and get her wiggles out. The owner met me at rhe door to show me around. Know that there are chickens and horses visible, but my dog didn't mind them. Will return. Andrea S.

Its about 50/50 sun and shade which was perfect on this warm day
Super easy to find and what a beautiful area!! Sat in the shade watching my pups with a mountain backdrop. Can't beat that!
