Pay for one dog and bring them all #bringallpups๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿพ Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a Sniffspot leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park at the back boundary. The entire creek flows roughly October / November till first of July. Rain fills this creek fast so it may be dry in early July, August, September and early October but be full there next morning after a rain (use my address on weather channel app or inquire with me before your visit ) Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Heal with a Cold plunge in the creek vs going to a cryo therapy facility. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. *Rules are simple which is to leave the land the way you find it. ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’• *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’• * leave bags of waste wherever on side of driveway you need to but please note: Dogs get to be dogs in nature here so bagging isnโ€™t necessary ๐Ÿ’•. Bagged waste is also welcome in the provided garbage can. ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’• *an upside down horse trough is provided for an extra seat and or table next to the fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations have been adding a metal table and 4 metal chairs that shouldnโ€™t wash away like the first one did ๐Ÿ™‚ *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’• * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’•

Frequently asked questions about Lake Hills dog hiking trails

What types of dog hiking trails are available in Lake Hills?

Lake Hills has 3 dog hiking trails offers wooded trails, open meadows, and varied natural terrain. Whether you need a fully-fenced space for poor recall, a quiet location for a reactive dog, appropriate sizing for small breeds, gentle terrain for seniors, or specific amenities like water features or agility equipment, you'll find options in Lake Hills. Filter by fencing, size, distractions, and amenities to match your needs.

When can I book dog hiking trails in Lake Hills?

Lake Hills dog hiking trails are available based on host schedulingโ€”many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for you. Check individual Lake Hills listings for specific availability. Flexible scheduling is especially helpful for dogs with specific needs: reactive dogs who do better during quieter times, working dog owners needing early/late slots, or seniors needing cooler morning hours.

How do I book a dog hiking trail in Lake Hills?

Browse 3 available dog hiking trails in Lake Hills, select your preferred date and time, and reserve through Sniffspot. Most Lake Hills locations offer instant booking. You'll receive confirmation, exact address, and entry instructions. The booking process takes just minutesโ€”perfect when your dog needs exercise, whether that's a reactive dog requiring safe space, a puppy needing socialization, or an energetic dog burning off steam.

What's the most popular dog hiking trail in Lake Hills?

Danielle's 218 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Dunlap is highly rated among Lake Hills dog hiking trails, known for excellent amenities and positive reviews. However, the "best" spot depends on your dog's needsโ€”reactive dogs might prioritize privacy and quiet, puppies might need secure fencing, seniors might want flat terrain, while active dogs might want maximum running space. Browse Lake Hills listings to find your ideal match.

Can I use Lake Hills dog hiking trails for training sessions?

Yes! Lake Hills dog hiking trails are perfect for training because they're private and distraction-free. Work on recall, practice trail recall in natural environments, leash manners on varied terrain, or hiking endurance building, help reactive dogs build confidence, socialize puppies, or work on obedienceโ€”all without public dog park unpredictability. Many Lake Hills professional trainers use these spaces for client sessions with all types of dogs.

Do Lake Hills dog hiking trails accommodate multiple dogs?

Most Lake Hills dog hiking trails welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings for specifics). If you have several dogsโ€”especially if some are reactive toward strange dogs or if you have mixed ages (puppies and seniors)โ€”private dog hiking trails let them play together safely without outside interference or triggers.

What amenities do Lake Hills dog hiking trails offer?

Lake Hills dog hiking trails feature amenities like marked trail paths through natural terrain, open meadow areas for off-leash play, and shaded rest spots along the route. Many hosts provide extras: poop bags, water stations, toys, shaded seating, parking, even dog wash stations. Each Lake Hills listing clearly shows what's available. Look for amenities matching your dog's needs: shade for heat-sensitive breeds, water for swimmers, agility for active dogs, or privacy features for anxious pets.

Are Lake Hills dog hiking trails available year-round?

Many Lake Hills hosts maintain their dog hiking trails throughout all seasons. Filter for covered or climate-controlled options if weather matters. Indoor dog hiking trails provide year-round access regardless of Lake Hills weather conditions. Check individual listings for seasonal availability and policies.
