Our property does have pets on property at all times and they are kept securely away from the spot, unless otherwise determined. Property gates are locked at all times and access must be granted to enter the property.

Powerhouse - A working farm for your pup to sniff around!

Small Farm adventures for your dog! Conveniently located between Ashland and Mechanicsville and not directly on a roadfront! Come roam our 7 acres including fields, backyards, and separate isolated training spaces. Our farm offers all the new sniffs like goats, chickens and horses safely contained and used to dogs. There are also often deer spotted on the edges of the fields! Use our 1 acre adjacent private field that has NO animals within sight for additional areas to run and play. Farm has many water access points, indoor shelter in case of inclimate weather. You are welcome to also bathe your dogs outside. A great opportunity to let your dog be a dog on or off leash! *If off leash please have a good recall as this farm is not completly fence contained and backs up to wooded areas
