There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Bring your best friend to enjoy our private sandy beach, fully fenced sports court, and partially fenced 3 acre lot. The fully stocked pond is ready for catch and release fishing, no license needed. Bring your own ball to the private basketball court. There is plush seating on the patio along with a fire pit available for use. We provide garbage receptacles throughout the property. Deck access is not allowed.
