We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post w/ sprinkler for hot days. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. there is currently a kiddy pool, but will Construct a much better concrete wading pool w drainage and fresh daily. (stay tuned) There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use permits.

I have 10 acres, 5 acres is set up for your dogs to run. Very comfortable and relaxing. My property is very peaceful I do have lots of animals here including other dogs. All are on the front 5 acres of my property and contained. I am happy to answer any questions. My property is fully fenced and gated. Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. Welcome to our home ! Where your dog can feel just at home as we do, we are dog lovers and glad to welcome any pet to use our place we just ask to be respectful and treat it as your home, pool is open for use May- September! You are welcome to use durring those months. Pool will be open starting May 10th !

Late winter through early summer: short mowed grass field under huge evergreen tree. Please note that as is typical for the valley, and because we don’t use any chemicals on our property, there are some foxtails and goatheads seasonally. We keep it mowed and weed whacked, but please check over your dog after your visit! New field and fence will be installed later this year. We require proof of your dog’s current vaccines prior to your visit, to ensure the health & safety of all our guests, as well as the health & safety our personal dogs and any dogs boarding with us. We cannot accept any dog onto the property that does not have proof of vaccinations. Training equipment & grooming table available upon special request. Dog treadmill, dog crates, and other amenities available upon request.

We have great running space ! Open pasture . There is handicap added ability and parking near side of property close to entrance. Book alone or as a group- we have the space for parking ! The fencing is standard pasture fencing separating the neighbors . The houses yard is not separated and we would just ask you keep your dog in designated areas .. until further notice !

Fenced in field behind a dog training facility (Bay Area K9 Association). Use it to play fetch with a single pup or host a dog play date session!

We have two fully fenced play yards that are used durning the the week for our doggy daycare. We offer two fenced in yards one for small dogs and one for big dog. The small yard is over 2000sqft and the big yard is over 4000sqft. Because this is a place of business, there will be either a staff member or volunteer manning the office and to help facilitate your SniffSpot experience. We also have a dog that lives here are our facility, her name is Luna. Luna will be kenneled by the office and will not have access to the play yards while in use. Our yards are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day. When booking please specify which play yard your are wanting to book.

Two separate yard areas (if preferred for smaller dogs). Yard games, towels and hammock available upon request. Water for you and your pups, use of hose and private lounging/working areas with Wi-Fi. Toys, treats and waste bags for your four-legged friends are also available. Fire pit and kiddie pool available for a small fee.

A really big lot for you and your furry friends to come and play. We’re just starting out so as far as amenities come, we’ll slowly be adding them but for now we have the basics. Huge fenced in yard, water, a few chairs, and a deck if you would like to get out of the sun. When you book, we need to secure our animals and get everything set up, due to that please give at least 2 hours notice. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. Hope to see you soon 😊 PLEASE READ: There are very thick blackberry bushes directly behind the house… if your dog is determined they could get in the bushes and possibly in the canal hidden in the bushes. Please use caution when dog is near that area. Also, there are some small holes along the fence. If you have a small dog and they’re escape artists this may not be the yard for you until we fix it.
