The Magic Land Homestead is a 70 acre provate retreat space with 2 Airbnb rentals a treehouse and an A-Frame. We chickens, turkey and geese so be sure your dog is foul safe or would need to be leashed. The lake and open field and mostly away from the foul but they are free range so could be anywhere. We have guests who stay and typically would not allow bookings of strange dogs during their stay. That means 70 acres mostly alone. I also drive a tractor and mow on certain days, otherwise it's very peaceful and quiet. We have 4 dogs of our own who will need to be contained during your visit as they are a pack and usually don't like other dogs.

Sydney's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Pevely

There are two different fenced in areas. One side is much bigger than the other. When pulling into driveway there will be one of the two gates to access the back yard. One of the gates is a wooden gate (does not latch easy) this is for the smaller fenced in area. If it’s the larger fenced area you want then you will pull into driveway and walk around the garage to the left hand side to where a chain link fence will be to the larger fenced in area. Both areas can be utilized during the time you have booked as well. There’s a chain link fence dividing the two areas with a gate connecting the two yards.

Hilly ground for exercise,, fully fenced. Camper on site for observation purposes when occupied. Garden to sell vegetables through the spring, summer and fall. Horse shoe pits on site for the adults if they want to do something a little different while their dog is playing onsite. Shoes provided for a minimal fee fresh water on site and dog food if needed as well as a large bag of snacks for the way out/home. Dogs are Able to run freely as long as dog is UTD on their shots, no history of biting, but muzzle if so, and no other dogs are on site at the same time (Dogs can be very temperamental or protective over what they think is theirs sometimes. Please make sure your pup is trained for proper recall and staying in the vicinity of you as my property is partially fenced with several areas in the wooded section being barbwired. I do have a 1 year old yellow Labrador if you’re looking for a play pal for your pup provided they aren’t aggressive or have any behavior issues. There is an area I am currently clearing out to become a pond here soon. Well Water hose is available for filling up water bowls. There is a huge hammock available for people to use at their own risk and I do have a firepit that can be used as long as I am contacted first and you bring your own supplies.
