Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is. There are chickens in our neighbors yard to the right side and blocked off best we can.

Hello! Thank you for considering a visit to our spot! We don’t currently have any dogs, just 2 cats, one that goes outside occasionally. The backyard is completely fenced with a gate on either side of the home. Please feel free to utilize the picnic table and patio furniture and the accessible hose for fresh water. FYI - you have to turn the hose super far to the left for water to start flowing. There’s plenty of room to park in the driveway! We love to see pics of your pups enjoying the space. :) FYI - we had septic work done 2/26/26 but everything is safe for visitors. Also, you may occasionally see us in the front yard, especially as the weather gets warmer. But we will not enter the back yard during your visit.

I need to start off by saying this is a private, working farm and home. You may see people at our home, animals in a fenced enclosure as described. Please know this before you come. Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Plenty of shade and sun for your pup to run! Just make sure you dispose of any waste your pet may produce and close the gate all the way when you leave!
