Our Pond SniffSpot is available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, chairs, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Nestled along Uhl Road, this off-leash haven offers the perfect blend of wide-open space, shaded exploration, and water play for your pup. 🌲 The Property & Features Unfenced & Natural: This property is unfenced. Our 5-acre meadow is located in a beautiful, semi-rural area. While it offers plenty of room to run, you may occasionally hear country sounds (like neighboring roosters and dogs) or see local traffic across the creek. If your dog is highly reactive or easily distracted by sights and sounds, please keep this environment in mind! Open Run Meadow: A massive, grassy meadow perfect for high-energy fetching, training, or just letting your dog run at full speed. Shaded Trails: A scenic walking trail cuts directly through a mature canopy of trees, offering a cool, sniff-rich path from the parking area straight into the main meadow. Creek Access: Treat your pup to a refreshing splash! The 41 Acre Farm Unfenced Private Dog Park In Milford

I need to start off by saying this is a private, working farm and home. You may see people at our home, animals in a fenced enclosure as described. Please know this before you come. Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink/red flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Hello! Thank you for considering a visit to our spot! We don’t currently have any dogs, just 2 cats, one that goes outside occasionally. The backyard is completely fenced with a gate on either side of the home. Please feel free to utilize the picnic table and patio furniture and the accessible hose for fresh water. FYI - you have to turn the hose super far to the left for water to start flowing. There’s plenty of room to park in the driveway! We love to see pics of your pups enjoying the space. :) FYI - we had septic work done 2/26/26 but everything is safe for visitors. Also, you may occasionally see us in the front yard, especially as the weather gets warmer. But we will not enter the back yard during your visit.
