A safe, country 300+ acre farm that neighbors call LabLand:). ADDRESS We have a creek, & vacant, WELL fenced field for non aggressive dogs. We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. I have a background in Vet Tech, have owned and loved many animals throughout my life and feel my calling is to offer my furry friends the best options we have in life. My yard is one of my favorite parts about owning my home. It's Huge, its open and above all else, my two babies can run to their hearts content. This location will only get better with time. Right now, we have a few agility options and plenty of fetch toys. Stay tuned for more updates as time progresses. We have big plans for this place and hope you will enjoy the journey with us. Update: we have added some comfortable seating for both dog’s and their people. We have also added a small kiddy pool, lure pole, large/long tug rope and herding ball. More additions still to come. This is a nice quiet neighborhood where families frequently walk their dogs so be aware there is the potential to see and hear other dogs in the surrounding area. For safety, please keep the pups on a leash as you enter and exit the yard! I provide a water bowl, toys, doggy bags, a trash can, and lots of land for the pups to roam around on and for the humans there are two chairs, an umbrella, and a calm place to sit back and relax for a bit. Tucked away in Goochland County! Rural, quiet, and plenty of privacy! House is nestled on 4 acres (fenced-in area is a little over half an acre) of flat land. Large tree in backyard provides shade for the pups, along with a couple kiddie pools for the water lovers. Plenty of toys, tennis balls, and towels available. Rest assured, your pup will have plenty of room to sniff & explore ! Seating and umbrella available for the humans, as well as WiFi and reading material, so you can be cozy while your fur kid is romping!

Come roam our 7 acres including fields, backyards, and separate isolated training spaces. Our farm offers all the new sniffs like goats, chickens and horses safely contained and used to dogs. There are also often deer spotted on the edges of the fields! Use our 1 acre adjacent private field that has NO animals within sight for additional areas to run and play. Farm has many water access points, indoor shelter in case of inclimate weather. You are welcome to also bathe your dogs outside. A great opportunity to let your dog be a dog on or off leash! *If off leash please have a good recall as this farm is not completly fence contained and backs up to wooded areas
