Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo but the use of the Solo Stove is an additional fee. Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel drive away. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. Our sunflowers are dead and an eye sore right now, but I’m letting the birds and squirrels finish up their feast of seeds. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. Nice fenced in backyard for furry friends to run around. Plenty of sticks and dog toys on hand at all times. Hose, sprinkler available if desired. Basic amenities provided as needed, our 3 lab mix dogs are social and friendly if you are looking for socialization and we are available. Otherwise, they will remain inside during visits.

Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end out in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. We will have camp style chairs at the gate for your use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred).There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs!

We are located just up the street from Pony Pasture park! We have a fully (newly) fenced in back yard that has yet to be landscaped since we moved in last year - perfect for dogs that need to let out their zoomies. The yard is shaded about 80% of the day. We have our own 2yo pitty named Asher who is happy to share his yard (don’t worry he will be inside at all times) - we have poop bags and bug spray for your use. Please pickup after your pet!

Park by the cones coming down the drive way they will be in your right. 1.5-2 acres unfenced. You can see other dogs and farm animals through woods and property backs to a fence of another property. Please stay within the marks in the field.

Waterfront property at lake anna with plenty of lounge chairs at the beach. There is parking at the first entrance inside the fence line. Do not park in the main driveway. There is also a water hose outside the house at the main entrance walkway. The beach is my private beach and the two story dock as well and over half acre of grass for dogs to run around. There is one fence alongside the far side of the property and park inside the fence line inside the property. I only have one neighbor that sits up close to the road on the opposite side of the beach and dock and is a great area for dogs to run around and play or jump off dock or swim at the beach. You must bring your own pick up bags and take with you and please bring a dog bowl for water as well. They may not roam off the property. I do not allow pit bulls on the property due to insurance.

I was made aware of this app through a support group for reactive dogs. The area available is a large family owned farm. Horses are on the land but kept separated. The area for walks has 3 trails in the woods as well as a large playing field that is very far from any street or vehicle. I love the idea of allowing your dog to just be a dog. It is a great space for off leash training or off leash play. Keep in mind it is a wooded area so squirrels and birds are very common and occasionally there will be deer.

Welcome to our Sniffspot! This is a suburban backyard, great for anyone in the surrounding area who needs a fenced-in yard for your pup to run around in. I have an older German Sheppard who only goes out periodically throughout the day. He would NOT be out in the yard during your reservation. I do my best to keep the yard clean but there may be some missed spots here and there. My neighbors have 2 younger dogs who can be heard, but not seen, through the vinyl fence. There are other dogs in the neighborhood as well that can be heard but not seen. The deck can be accessed for bench seating, outdoor table seating, umbrella shade, outdoor electricity, and other amenities. Please come enjoy our backyard!

45 acre farm, 2 fully fenced acres and 20 with walking trails and groomed paths. Lawns are kept short to minimize ticks and plenty of parking! It's a great place to leave to ride bikes, and dog's can be left and supervised for an extra fee of $10. This is open from 4pm -10pm
