There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. 4-5 acres of well cared for fields, totally pesticide free. The back is fenced except in front of the neighbors house. We have large fields, and a nice size pond to play in! There’s a hose on the side of the house that can be used for washing the pond water off, dog drinking water, and can be used for the sprinkler. My father in law is generally outside doing yard work or sitting on the front porch.

A beautiful 20 acre ranch with options galore! We have a fully stocked pond if you want to fish while your dog plays or swims! Meander through the back 10 acres which is open pasture plus a wooded duck pond (accessible through the gate outside the mud lot. Go between the first barn and horse mud lot into grassy area. Behind the little shelter on the outside there’s a gate into the farm land. Walk along fence line to back acreage -map in the last picture) We are building an obstacle course up front (while it’s for horses, doggos are welcome to use it too!), need a fully fenced in area? No problem, our backyard is made for dogs and is totally enclosed! Need somewhere indoors if weather is crummy? We also have an indoor riding arena to use if lessons and training aren’t in session. We are just across the street from Twin Creek Metropark if you want your excursion to continue! This is a horse training and lesson facility so if your dog can’t handle horses and people this may not be a good spot for you. Our backyard is not utilized so this would be a safe area to let your dog roam without the worry of other dogs or horses and humans. I do have a client that has a well behaved dog that is occasionally on property. The quietest areas are at the front of the property, the back 10 acres, or our backyard.
