Tonya's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Jacksonville

Fully Fenced
0.01 acres

My yard is fully privacy fenced! I have toys outside; Balls, a tug of war ring, 2 kiddie sized pools and a splash pad. It’s a decent size yard to throw a ball from one end to the other. I have a friendly medium sized boxer mix and we play ball every day. She loves it! She will not be let out while you are here. You’ll have the yard to yourself. Enjoy the gas fire pit, chairs, hammock swing, and hammock. My girl potty’s around the parameters of the yard but I keep it cleaned up. You may hear the neighbors dogs when they are outside but they don’t come out too often.

Christa's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Castle Hayne

Fully Fenced
0.3 acres

Hi there! My fiance and I just purchased our home in April 2025, and our dogs love having the big yard to run around in, so we figured we'd share it with others too! Being new homeowners, the yard and house are both works in progress. We have a few different projects we are working on right now, including replacing old fencing and creating a memorial garden with a patio for our loved ones in the back corner of the property. Please excuse any clutter while we work on these! We have 2 lab mixes, Bear (13 years) and Goose (1 year). Goose is always ready to play with other dogs (Bear is a tired old man that likes to sleep), so feel free to message me if your pup would like a play date! We understand that some dogs are reactive and will keep ours out of sight and try to prevent any barking to not disturb your visit. Feel free to message me at any point if you need anything or have any requests that will make your visit more enjoyable!

Frequently asked questions about Magnolia dog parks

Are there dog parks in Magnolia for reactive dogs?

Yes! Magnolia has 272 private dog parks specifically designed for reactive, anxious, or dog-selective pets. Unlike public dog parks where unexpected encounters can trigger your reactive dog, Sniffspot offers completely private bookings. That means only you and your dogs will be there. We enforce 30-minute buffers between visits so you won't run into other park users when arriving or leaving. This makes Magnolia Sniffspots perfect for reactive dogs who need safe off-leash exercise.

How many private dog parks are in Magnolia?

Magnolia has 272 private Sniffspot locations ranging from cozy backyard spaces to expansive properties spanning 253+ acres. You'll find fully fenced dog parks, small dog parks, and dog fields options, each offering complete privacy during your reserved time. Browse listings to compare sizes, amenities, fencing, and reviews from other Magnolia dog owners.

Are Magnolia dog parks friendly for all dog types?

Absolutely! Magnolia Sniffspot locations work for every type of dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer away from large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space to run, and yes, reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. Because bookings are completely private, you can customize the experience to your dog's specific needs—whether that's careful puppy introductions or stress-free exercise for nervous dogs.

Will there be other dogs at Magnolia dog parks?

No, that's what makes Sniffspot different from public dog parks! We only allow one booking at a time, and host dogs must be kept away during your visit. When you book a Magnolia dog park, you have the entire space to yourself (plus any dog-owning friends you invite). This privacy is crucial for reactive dogs, puppies in training, or any dog who needs space from other animals.

What makes Magnolia dog parks safe for anxious dogs?

Magnolia Sniffspot locations provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. There are no aggressive dogs, no inattentive owners, and no unexpected encounters that could traumatize anxious or fearful dogs. All guests must have vaccinated dogs (or titers), and hosts maintain clean spaces. 93% of Sniffspot reviews are 5 stars, with many highlighting how safe their reactive or anxious dogs felt.

Can puppies use Magnolia dog parks?

Absolutely! Magnolia dog parks are ideal for puppy socialization because they provide controlled, distraction-free environments. Puppies can practice recall, build confidence, and explore without the overwhelming chaos of public dog parks. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting any Magnolia Sniffspot.

Are Magnolia dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Magnolia Sniffspot hosts mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're appropriately sized for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs risk being overwhelmed or injured by larger breeds, Magnolia private bookings give your small dog the entire space to themselves. Look for secure fencing with minimal gaps and hosts who understand petite pup needs.

What are the requirements for Magnolia dog parks?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. Each Magnolia host may have additional requirements listed on their booking page. Most welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit traditional public dog parks.
