The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

If you run out of energy faster than your dog, let them explore while you relax on the deck either in the sunlight on cushioned chairs, or under the covering providing shade and an outdoor sectional! There is a hose with water available upon request for dog bathing - (bring your own shampoo and towel). There will be poo bags, a pooper scooper and trash bucket available for cleanup after your pup(s) has done their business. Bug spray available upon request. Please note, two dogs reside inside the home. You should not see them, may hear them bark at times. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! It’s a smaller area in the back of my home, fenced in, I have 3 larger dogs and they love to run back there. They are on the back porch which the door is locked, they may bark when your there. If your dog is triggered by barking let me know and I’ll move them to the main part of the house for your visit. I do plan on expanding for more room, there will be doggie bags present with a trash can for you to throw your dogs waste away. And I’ll leave out water bowls for them and bottled water. If you ask ahead of time I can put out some toys for your dog that you can take home with you!

We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Hi! I’m Joanne, and this is my dog Nifty’s favorite place in the world—so I thought I’d share it with other wonderful dogs and their people. We have 15 private acres with woods, open fields, and river access, and it’s been such a gift for my dog to have a safe space to run freely. I know not every dog thrives at dog parks, so I wanted to create a peaceful alternative. This space is especially loved by dogs who need a little extra room or prefer a quieter environment. The property is fenced along the two “long sides” which encourages your dog to stay nearby but with lots of roaming space. The fence is NOT fully secure. Please see the section about fencing. Near the cabin, there’s a cozy seating area where you can relax under the trees while your dog enjoys the space. There is a Solo Bonfire fire pit that can be rented with the last block of the day. (Currently between 6:30-8 pm) We provide a manufactured log (think Duraflame-type) with a 2 hour burn time. This is an add-on at the site using a Venmo QR code.
