Welcome to our private, fully fenced ½-acre backyard in Kyle! There’s plenty of room for your dog to run, explore, play fetch, or simply enjoy some off-leash time in a quiet, private setting. Our backyard also has an in-ground swimming pool that dogs can enjoy with the pool add-on. Because the pool is located within the fenced yard and is not separately gated, please select the pool add-on if your dog will be swimming or entering the pool during your visit. The space is reserved for one booking at a time, so you and your dog can relax and enjoy the yard without encountering unfamiliar dogs. This can be especially nice for dogs who need a little extra space or aren’t comfortable at traditional dog parks. Please note: The swimming pool is for dogs only. Human swimming is not permitted. Guests are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times, especially around the pool. We hope you and your pup enjoy having a private place to run, play, sniff and cool off! 🐾

This fully fenced, dog-first backyard gives your dog about ½ acre to run, sniff, play, and relax under giant oak trees. The entire yard is enclosed by a solid 6-foot wooden privacy fence with no gaps, offering a private space for off-leash fun. Pool add-on: Add the pool rental for access to our new 12-by-24-foot above-ground pool. It includes a floating dock that makes it easier for dogs of many sizes to get in and out of the water. **Please note there is a $10 extra fee for long haired dogs- if you have a long haired dog please make sure to add extra.** **TO ACCESS THE POOL PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK IT AS AN EXTRA** The pool is intended for dogs. Children are not allowed in the pool. Our property is designed for dogs first. We have dogs of our own, so the yard comes with plenty of interesting new smells to explore. Dogs live in the neighboring yards as well, so you may hear, or smell other dogs during your visit but you will not see them. This is great for training reactive dogs in a new environment! Shade- Large, mature oak trees provide generous shade throughout the yard, with a shaded pergola for people who want to sit and relax while their dogs play. Tons of space for active dogs to run and play at this working ranch located just southeast of Austin (10 miles from Southpark Meadows). Recommended stay at least one full hour to explore fully. The ranch has multiple fenced areas that can be used (smaller areas if your dog isn't trained to come can be arranged). Otherwise, enjoy the huge 5+ acre playground featuring stock tank pond, picnic table, some shade. Refreshments available upon request for a small donation.

The water is the Cypress Creek River, it has a lot to offer with beautiful, large Cypress trees. Plenty of space to explore and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful spot. Please keep in mind we are in a drought so the water isn't as deep as it's been the last few years. Water is still safe to swim in but figured I would include this since I've had a few people mention the water levels. Texas is experiencing a drought, fyi.
