The water is the Cypress Creek River, it has a lot to offer with beautiful, large Cypress trees. Plenty of space to explore and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful spot. Please keep in mind we are in a drought so the water isn't as deep as it's been the last few years. Water is still safe to swim in but figured I would include this since I've had a few people mention the water levels. Texas is experiencing a drought, fyi.

Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. A restroom is available in our office during working hours. Because of water restrictions, we don't have carpet grass. Our yard is mowed but it has native grasses and weedy plants. Percy's Playground In Austin

Residential back lawn with plenty of things to sniff, a garden for humans to admire, as well as a patio for humans and dogs to lounge on, and lots of room to run jump and play! Residents may be at home but will offer tenants their full privacy- and other pets will be kept out of yard and out of visibility during their time in the playground. Water bowl on patio is available and if needs to be filled up, there is a water hose close to the entrance of the playground. Feel free to fill it up and remember to turn off the water hose when done. Bugs are kind of wild this time of year, so I recommend bringing bug spray to better enjoy the space. You will also find mosquito incense sticks on the potting bench that you are welcome to burn during your visit. We truly love our furry friends and welcome them into our space!
