Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

Property also has indoor kennel with heat, AC, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a small man made water pond outside that has a removable fence. Great area to play catch, freesby, or let your dog run. Fenced portion is about a half acre.

Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Cozy fenced in yard located near Dover Air Force Base and Historic Downtown Dover. 15mins from Bally's Casino & Racetrack and Dover Tech. The yard is surrounded by an enclosed chain link fence so your pup can roam and play freely! Space is equipped a few dog toys, poop bags and a water bowl for drinking. The space also includes a sitting area for humans. Space is illuminated in the evening.

**November 2023 We got an outdoor heater for guests to use to keep warm!! Guests responsibility to turn on/off depending on your heat needs** Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras". Also: We do have a mole issue which causes holes AND dogs digging holes. Be mindful of any holes! We fill them as often as possible, but want everyone to be safe and mindful of any potential hazards!

We have a large lot perfect for dogs ! Alls we ask is clean up after your pup! We have 3 of our own so they will be inside during your time !

Plenty of shade space and yard seats. Ample parking in large driveway and overflow parking in grass, left of driveway. Enjoy!!

Large fenced in backyard, great for your pet's playtime or puppy play dates! Gazebo offers shade and fire fit offers some extra warmth and fun during your visit. During the warmer months, we will have a kiddie pool and sprinklers available!

Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.

This spot is fenced and spacious with lots of shade and places to dig. Lots of shade and space to run. Can play with or without my 4 medium dogs. Bathroom just inside the kitchen. I have a cooler of waters and sodas for purchase and always have pup water and toys.

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the Back Yard right in front of the driveway, feel free to Park on the drive or front of house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul de sac. You will have your time with your puppa(s) in my Large Fenced in back yard, uninterrupted. I have one Doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water, and the trash can to dispose of 💩. I have a container of dog toys available for use, aswell as added agility equipment for those that wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the Summer leading into Fall Months. There may be some divets/holes in the yard from where doggos have dug, so please watch your footing.

Fully fenced 5 acres that includes a large pond.

Fully fenced backyard. Deck has gates at both set of stairs to keep dogs in the yard. Chairs available for parents. 2 hoses for fresh water. I have poop bags hanging on the inside of each gate and also a pooper scooper. I will provide fresh ice water if I'm home and available to do so. If I'm not, use either hose to fill water bowls. Please put all toys back where they were. Please clean up after yourself and leave the poop bags in the tiny trashcan by the gate. Please dispose of any other trash in my trash can or recycling bin that is in my driveway. Cigarette and 420 friendly. 2 people max. No children under 12 please.
