I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

The fenced yard is u-shaped and is a grassy hill, with flat spots on the top and bottom, just about an acre at this point. Our entire yard is about 3.5 acres and may be used, details under this. Great terrain to help your dog build some muscle or play fetch on for high energy dogs. Nice tree cover in the summer, and I’ll put out a couple chair swings under our shade tree - or bring a hammock, we have a couple trees perfect for it! We have an almost constant breeze that keeps the bugs away and the temperature comfortable. Wi-fi is available in most of the yard if you need it and there is electrical on the porch. We also have a small creek, flat grassy area and wooded area outside of the fence that you can use. The creek is spring fed and clean and the woods are on a hill. Great fun to walk around in. Please only use this if your dog is on a leash or 100% recall. We do have deer and other wildlife that visit. Hose for rinsing off provided. Water for dogs and poop bags and trash can will be by the porch. We will be expanding the fencing this fall to include another 1/2 acre or so and completely 6’ fence.

Discover a Maryland woodland with your dog. Let your dog scramble up a rock wall - nature's parkour, while you soak in the beauty of a cathedral of oak trees. Watch your dog learn with a mirror at dog height, a PVC tube where you talk in one end and the dog listens on the other, start a tug of war on lariet rope, let your dog tumble after a ball on the green hill. Dogs experience the texture of river rocks, mulch, digging dirt, tall grass, rocks and a sometimes slippery mowed hill. Plenty sun and shade and seats. Members can expand on their experiences with use of the fire pit. Firewood is complimentary and I ask for a day notice. On request Members can also borrow the Resident Dog Beach Pass during their stay. This gives access to the Community private Cheapeake Bay Beach 0.4 miles down the street. On a personal note from your host, I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. When I moved to Pasadena I wanted to continue the tradition, of welcoming both sides of the leash.

I have a fully fenced back yard with a doggy pool and doggy toys, I have bowls of water outside and I hose you will have access to, i have a fully covered porch with a fan in side and sliding windows with tables and chairs you can watch your furry friends play, I also have drinks you can enjoy! We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes on October 9, 2024 and will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. Im still working on putting the finishing touches on it (Retractable Cover to replace umbrella, lights, vines, outdoor heating, wood staining.)* **Also I have put out some Halloween decorations, feel free to let your dogs sniff/pee on them 😅, or just desensitize them to decorations. Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car bed, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available. If using the driveway, please pull far enough in to allow other vehicles to enter/exit.
