Open the front gate and drive into the secure parking area. ***CLOSE AND LATCH THE GATE BEHIND YOU BEFORE GETTING YOUR DOGS OUT OF THE CAR!*** Walk through gate into the space from the secure parking area. This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Feel free to give your dog a shower/bath! ***Just added dog pool*** For use at no extra charge! Fill up/use if you'd like! (It's been stored for the fall/winter...but if you would like to use it...please let me know at time of booking) -Dog water bowl, dog brush, toys, treats, human and dog tick spray provided. All located in large deck box inside the gate. -Bring doggy towels in case of mud or bathing! -Porch swing and seating areas with a shed deck, gas grill, picnic table and hammock at the top of the property. -Chair/table area at the bottom of rock trail. Sweetwater Court Private Dog Playground and Garden is perfect for an apartment pet, condominium pet or the traveling pet who needs a break to run and play off leash. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, dog pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. If it is raining, you are covered. If we have a pop up thunderstorm, please get inside the Sunflower She Shed interior room with your pets for your safety. We will discuss money after you are safe. There is a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. We have a large, beautiful yard that is fully fenced. The fence is tall. See photos for tiny cracks in the fence that my 15 pound dachshund mix cannot get out of…But maybe a really tiny dog can go under or get out of. It’s fully closed off, but the pictures show the minimal gaping happening at 2 places. The yard is beautiful with different types of flowers and trees. We have nesting blue birds into the bird house. We have a baby pool for dogs to play in. There’s a trellis covered patio. We have a two year old so there are kid toys and sidewalk chalk randomly around the patio. Feel free to use! I have a baby pool set up that I don’t mind you letting your dog use. There are flowers and plants. There are lots of birds flying around and a beautiful, big sky. Sunsets are really nice in our backyard. Enjoy the seating area. Our porch swing has recently broken, so don’t use that. Park on the street in front of our house. When facing the house, the fence door on the right side is the easiest to enter, in my opinion. Do not use the trampoline. It’s dangerous. Do not use the grill, space heater, or fire pit. Thank you! There’s an outlet behind the blue couch. (Lastly, if your dog needs a dog friend, let me know and I can try to arrange for my dachshund/beagle mix to be there and to join in. He likes to be chased. I know most people won’t want another dog with their dog, but if it’s something that would make you and your dog happy, I could bring him out. He’s up to date on everything at the vet. He can be timid at first. If your dog is lonely for a friend, we can try to arrange something.)

Mutts and Wiggle Butts is perfect for the pet who needs a break to run and play or for someone who needs safety for dogs and children to play. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced yard and explore. The yard is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not fancy. We love Mutts and all Wiggle Butts. Big or little, there is something for everyone. We are around a mile off Hwy 85 and Business 85. A bench, covered porch, seating, and cold bottles of water are always included. There is a fire pit on site and add this to your reservation to roast some smores or toast your wiggle butt. There is a mini fridge on the back porch with water bottles for you and your fur friends. Plenty of parking. Please park where the owners can still access both carports.

We are currently closed so we can do some MUCH needed repairs and updates. We will be back soon, better than ever. We are a licensed in-home boarding facility. Come use our fenced in yards for your dog(s). We will have all dogs up, so your dogs can have their personal time. We have two fenced in areas. You can rent one or both. One side is a normal fenced in backyard and the other is great for dogs that need to get rid of their energy. That side includes astroturf, kid's play equipment they can jump on or through and a play pool. We will even pick up your dog's poops for them.

A place where all dogs get to be dogs. There is plenty of space for your dogs to run off-leash. Great place for frisbee or chuck it. Head into the woods and you will access the creeks. Rubber boots are highly recommended to enjoy the full experience. It's not likely your dog will be able to get to the road but there is no preventing a dog from taking off into the woods. My pack is available should your dog need socializing or just playmates.

We do have a ground hog that lives under our shed so we request that he be left alone, he won't come put when you are in the yard. Please feel free to chase all the squirrels out of the yard. This is a very quiet place on a country road where your dogs can be off leash and free to explore nature. The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂
