Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field/complex located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a safe, private use, dog park alternative where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash while in the company of their people, only, while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use sessions combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well privacy screening along Club fencing, are all designed to ensure minimal to no encounters with others dogs or people. Private use/sessions are limited to maximum of *3 registered dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per session. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/sessions with unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and amongst dogs from different households is NOT permitted. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered, not guaranteed, by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. We welcome members and non-members alike. Fully fenced 5 acres of pasture in Lake County. Back half of property fencing is reinforced with no climb wire so small dog secure. Front half is 4 board without reinforcement so large dog safe only. Lots of room to run, several nice tubs to cool off. Horses on property are stalled during the day. Property owner’s dogs will be confined to house.

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

The whole front & sides of the property is fenced. The backyard by the pond/lake isn’t fenced. But the dogs usually stay in the front. Lots of areas for dog parent to sit & enjoy flower garden. Property has 3 chickens in a fenced in coop.

Let your dog off-leash and allow them to run around the open pasture on our 7 acre farm. Make yourself comfortable in our zero-gravity chairs under a huge oak tree while Fido chases balls, frisbees, etc. and runs off his energy. Enjoy the scenic lake views and relaxing atmosphere away from city noise. This spot may not work for dogs that tend to take off and not heed commands as there are sections of the cattle fencing that does not include mesh and does have gaps. Also, plenty of room for trainers wanting to set up agility courses.

It’s that time of year! Produce stand is set up outside the gate with locally grown (around the block) produce. Honor jar at stand. The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. 4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

The property is 4 acres but the front yard is 2 acres fully fenced with a shaded front porch(the pic with my GS in it shows one half of the porch) there are chairs to sit along with fresh water and dry towels for your fur baby. There is also a shaded back porch with the smaller fenced in area if you would rather be back there. There is always doggie treats and cold water or soda for you. Inside restrooms for you if needed. My girl will be inside with me but is extremely friendly if you need to come in for the restroom. It’s my mom and I during the day. We would love to have you and your fur baby come for a visit! If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. There is beautiful flowers all over to smell and see, access to water and sprinkles, hills and room to roam and plenty of sticks to play fetch with. I’m the fall, plenty of leaves to run through. The place in central Florida for fun with your canine athlete. Located in east Orlando in the Wedgefield neighborhood, Practice Makes Pawfect is a great place to play with your dog while improving your dog sport skills. We rent the field for personal practice or your own event as well as host agility trials, dog sport seminars, and structured practices.

This is a beautiful property. You can come fish off the dock, swim in the swimming hole, play catch in the field area, or sit back and relax with your pup.

We welcome pup parents and their fur babies to come enjoy endless hours of open space to get fresh air and as little or as much exercise needed.
