Our large backyard is ready to be sniffed! Our yard is fully-fenced in and safe for your dog to have some outdoor zoomies. Plenty of seating for humans. And a playground for kids (or dogs!) to play on. We work from home a few days a week, so someone might be here during your visit. We’ll say hi from the window but will otherwise give you privacy.

The remainder of the back yard is not fenced in, but is accessible for well-trained dogs with recall.

There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind. The half acre fenced area consists of ample grass to run on, a concrete sidewalk / patio (handicapped accessible), mulchbeds of flowers & berries (feel free to grab a handful of berries if they’re in season!) and a giant sandbox / playground area. Tree cover throughout the yard provides shade, even in the hottest summer months. All around you is privacy—to one side, a half acre unfenced stretch of our property, and all around the property is 3.5 acres of private woods and wetlands. Deer, wild turkey, turtles, frogs, & birds of all kinds are just some of the animals you may spot! We provide tables and chairs, water, poop bags & scooper, and several toys. Kids (or kids at heart) will have a blast using the ride-on sand diggers, slides, and swings & coloring with sidewalk chalk.
