NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max. Thank you!!

We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! In summer, w e have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

Please note - use of the pool needs to be booked as an "extra". Please message me if you are having trouble. Come let your dog(s) play in our fully fenced, 2 acre yard. The yard is fully fenced with stockade fencing on three sides and black chainlink along the back. Very small dogs may be able to squeeze out the back gate along the woods line, so please pay close attention. The yard has tons of shade trees and you are welcome to sit on the deck while your dog explores. The pool is extra, so please consider this when booking. You can add the pool time if you look under "extras". The pool is also fully fenced. There are chairs in the pool area as well! We will provide dog towels - please hang them on the pool fence when you are done. People are welcome to swim, but please bring your own towels. We do have life jackets that you are welcome to use, but you may want to bring your own so you a sure it fits your dog. Please do not allow your dog to potty in the pool area. Kids are okay, but they must be under direct adult supervision (over 18) at all times. Please know, for everyone's safety, we do have cameras in the yard.

It’s 5 feet high all the way around and our spot has quite an Incline so it’s perfect to work your pup and get your exercise in too or not! 😂 Make yourself at home please use everything down in our Sniffspot! Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. (please note, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space) Looking forward to adding amenities, play options and operational improvements as the season progresses .

UNDER RENOVATIONS: Please excuse our appearance as we upgrade the enrichment course for the K9s we serve here. We hope to complete the renovations with new enrichment programs and fun coursework later this summer. Please check with your accountant as we are a Non-Profit Registered, and the money we make from your visits 100% goes to healing these amazing K9s. It could possibly be a tax deduction at the end of the year. Thank you for being so supportive. Please note the pool is an additional charge and is not included. 6’ tall fully fenced area with lounge chairs for pet parents, and fresh water replenished before visit if possible. A hose is available for refilling water or other animal use. Scoop tools and disposal bucket in corner of fenced area. Please keep dogs leashed upon entering and exiting (between the garage and main house and down a set of rock steps) as there are free-range chickens on the property. A small stream is also accessible (not fenced) behind the fenced area down the hill and you are welcome to use it!

Hey dogs and their humans… It’s time to come play at Sammy’s Playground, a private dog park for just you and your pups (there will not be any other dogs present during your visit). There’s lots to do for each and every one of you. With the entire 0.5-acre backyard fully enclosed by a new’ish and secure chain-link fence (Fall 2022), your pups are free to safely roam, sniff, fetch and run to their hearts’ delight. And, wow… you are surely going to love watching them go!! Zoom-Zoom. Pool… Yup, we have a pool! Is your pup a swimmer? Or a swimmer wanna be? Our pool is the perfect spot to splish-splash away! Our website provides all the details, as an Extra, with plenty of photos showing what to expect, which includes towels and life vests. NOTE: pool use is an Extra flat fee, as listed in the Extras section. Consider this added cost when booking for your visit. The areas along the perimeter of the yard are wooded and make for fun pathways for explorations. There are twigs and branches as you would expect in a woody area. The central portion of the yard is sloped and open. This makes for plenty of romping and heavy-duty running- including long throws of a ball or a frisbee. We have tennis balls & a tennis ball thrower. Check out all of the photos and read the accompanying descriptions to get a better idea of how Sammy’s Playground will appeal to you and your furry friends!! And don’t worry about the yard (too much). There’s divots and mounds all around, no manicured lawns when dogs are at play. Go for it guys… Enjoy!! And, during off-season, the pool cover is elephant and dog proof. The dogs are allowed on the pool cover. It’s our hope that we do our absolute best to provide our Guests with the best experience each time they come over AND that our Guests remain as great as each have been - that we can continue to avoid any reason to raise our hourly rate. SniffSpot suggests we list Sammy’s Playground at $20/hour. We are uncomfortable with doing this, because it goes against the spirit of our objective for Sammy’s Playground in the first place: providing a safe and secure environment for dogs of all kinds to enjoy off-leash “true-dog” experiences with their loving humans. Barking IS allowed. (Be mindful of excessive barking for our continued peace with our neighbors though) 🐾 We accept donations of dog food, p-pads and medications for the all-dog rescue organization, PAWS New England. PawsNewEngland.com is where you can find information about fostering, donating, adopting or other ways to support this amazing group. They save over 1,000 dogs per year. ——- NOTE: to open the gate, simply reach over the top to find the key. Twist/turn the key until it stops. Then, lift the knob on top of the gate and push the gate open… you’re in! The gate automatically closes behind you. Please confirm that it has engaged into the closed position and then turn the key to lock yourself in. DO NOT REMOVE THE KEY. Confirm that you have locked yourself in by seeing the little red dot and not being able to lift the knob. The photos section includes views of the gate, key and lock. MUST: when you leave, lock the gate. Doubly ensure that you have done so by lifting the knob. Upon leaving, leave the spot as you found it. Folks with multiple dogs should do a walk-about around the yard to ensure that all dog poop has been cleaned up. Toys, for staged toys, you can leave as is. Otherwise, we ask that all other toys and such are put away. We appreciate your efforts!!

One field closest to road has two fences at 4 feet ant one at 5 feet. The other field has 6 foot fence on all sides. Agility equipment is setup in one of the fields from April - December. Price is lowered during winter months since there is no agility equipment. Increase in rental prices reflect maintenance and upkeep of equipment and park.

Welcome to our backyard! We have a fully fenced in large backyard close to EB / Groton Subbase for all your doggo needs! We have ample seating - so you can relax while throwing the ball for your dog. We have two labs that absolutely love playing there, but don’t worry, they’ll be inside when you guys arrive! Will provide water for the pups, dog poop bags and a hose in the summer months if your dog loves water! Come enjoy with your furry friends

We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Please use both and leave dog bags in the big green trashcan by the gate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

My boys will stay inside while your dogs play. My dogs are unable to see the yard from house. Paws & Play is a fenced-in backyard with a pleasantly well maintained large lawn, with a sand pit that hosts seating and a fire pit. The yard has large trees providing shade in the afternoons & sunny warm mornings. A great place for your pawsome pup to get out their zoomies!

Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. If you bring kids, we have a small playhouse on the patio with some toys inside, along with two slides in the middle of the yard. Just ask for the WiFi password! Fenced in backyard with bunnies, squirrels, and chipmunks for your dog to sniff out. We rotate out sensory stations and different obstacles and dog toys depending on the season and notice. We just added a dog rope tug that is attached to our tree! Feel free to message us and request something specific. We have sprinklers, kiddie pool, splash pad, mini-trampoline, a host of different balls, long lines, and enrichment feeders. We also have laminated games and tricks to teach your dog! Not all games and activities are out all the time to give dogs room to run! Request anything you want to see in specific. We have a poop scooper, first aid kit, toys for children, and a small trash can as well as water bowl at the ready and chairs for the humans. Gazebo is currently down because a storm broke it, but will be up again soon. Our gazebo and outdoor couch is back up and running. Feel free to uncover and use if you like. If notice is given we could set up an umbrella for extra shade extra chairs, water bowl, and or treats for dog. Check picture 5 for the toys that are normally out and require no notice: nerf dog flyer frisbee, Chuck it with different balls, jollyball (10”), Kong Twistz ball, small dog ball, spring pole dog rope toy, and, tennis ball launcher (football looking thing you step on). Please unplug pool drain when finished to save squirrel lives! :)
