We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. We do not have any trash service. Please do not leave any trash of any version on property including plastic wrapped poop... you'd think that would go without saying...but experience shows it must be said.🙄 All of your activities while on property are at your own risk. If your fur kids want to splash around and cool off we are offering up our private trail with easy creek access. We have a quartz vain through our creek so you will see lots of quartz and pyrite (fools gold). We have lots of toys and treats and nice places under the shade to hang out. We have WiFi if you need it (the cell signal is not good on our property). We are not fenced in but the creek and trail Is way off of a residential street. If you need anything let us know 💙
