With a fully fenced area for your fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. We also have our very own yard guardian, that we named BLUE (featured in our main property photo). He protects the rest of the small birds such as the finches and blue jay's from the crows and hawks. Property location is less a few minutes from the 10 freeway, which makes it the perfect location to let your dog get in some exercise, and have a potty break along your route without the worry of dirty pet areas at rest stops, or hazardous conditions at gas station parking lots. Your dog will be ready to nap and rest quietly after running and playing at this country sniff spot-which will enable you to continue traveling on to your destination. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I have almost 4 acres. I have livestock and small animals such as chickens pigs and rabbits water turtles and large tortoises. All animals will be enclosed or fenced off. Your doggo will be able to interact with them through fencing. I have areas that will be closed off but will allow doggo in on leash. This is where I keep my rabbits and tortoises. My place has lots of different areas to explore from a rocky hillside to shade trees with an area to picnic. I have kiddie pools that will be available for the hot dog. Because of the different terrain please be aware the land is unlevel and varies from grass to sand and then rock. Parking will be inside the property. The gate is kept closed. I will open it for you. Your doggo will be full of energy when they get here but will leave here exhausted and happy. And we love the holidays around here so I will have an area decorated for the holiday. You can plan your pups birthday party here as well.

Relaxing and quiet rustic country acre only one mile from town, mall, restaurants, etc. Dry creek bed, small pond, lots of shade and seating and table area choices. Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 3 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two huge flat lawns, soccer ball, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

we have a huge side yard in a gated community. Nice lush grass. I can provide some agility equipment upon request. I am also a certified professional dog trainer so if you would like Dog Training that will be an additional fee I will offer 20 minutes of free training advice.

Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”

Come have some fun in our heated salt water pool. Hourly dog rate includes swimming with their 1-5 owners. Any additional guests over that, please select the large party amenity or I will cancel the reservation Long haired/heavy shedding dogs will need to message me prior to booking to ensure I have adequate time to clean the pool before the next guest.

Entrance to the acre is the dirt/mulch field road just north of the residence driveway.  A quick call to me ~ 909-234-2072 ~ when you arrive for 1st time visits will help guide you into the Sniffspot - which is all the way back to the Sniffspot Sign 🪧 at the back of the entrance acre.  The entrance gate is to the right of the Sniffspot Sign. Close the gate tightly behind you when you enter. And be sure to close the gate tightly behind you upon your departure. I also request you give me a quick text upon your departure. Our Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky also love running in this acre, and they love to dig, as do many of our Sniffspot pups! We try to fill in holes every few days, BUT, PLEASE be extremely cautious of any holes. If we hadn't had time to fill them in, we usually will put a tall stick straight up right in the middle of the hole to help you determine where they may be. But because we are a farm, and this is one of our extra acre fields, there may be slight dips here and there. So agreeing to this reservation is a full and complete release of liability, so please don't fall! So far so good, fingers crossed, nobody has yet.😊🌻 There may be foxtails at edges of some fencing. My Red Barn Chicken Coop🐤is inside the dog run acre and will be securely locked during your visit. If possible, discourage your pups from pouncing on the enclosed chicken run fences/doors. Totally understand if they do/try! Pups get a pass the first few times until their humans can train them not to do it. Our Husky and Malamute still need a good reminder every time they are enjoying the dog run acre : ) but once they get used to the fact that chickens are there, interest soon dwindles : ) We also have a few outdoor 🐈cats whom have adopted our farm to live at during the years (win/win as they help keep the field 🐁 mice in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when pups are visiting!) There are three horses on a separate enclosed acre to the north of the dog run acre. The dark brown male is 🐎Shake, tan one is 🐴Classy, and the black and white one is 🐴Gypsy. And again, please thank you for discouraging the dogs from jumping on that fence. It has never been an issue in the past so just a reminder :-) PLEASE NOTE: This Dog Run Acre is grassy/green with wildflowers 🌻 starting around December 1st - June 15th, and dry/brown July 1st -November🏜. We enjoy our Sniffspot humans and pups year-round, and have received wonderful reviews whether it was the dry, hotter summer months, or the green, cooler winter months! We have an automatic water spicket 🚰 for the pups, tight left after entering the Dog Acre gate, then all the way back to the fence on left, spicket sticking out through fence.  There will be several chairs 🪑set up in front of the chicken coop, with table, chairs and table umbrella, and additionally a small table w/☂️umbrella provided under the pine trees. Bring drinks, snacks, toys, and enjoy! We suggest you book early mornings in the SUMMER months as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m.  We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags!  Gather all poop, tie bag, and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance.🗑 Please note that we do have security cameras placed in various positions around property, including at the sniff spot! We have caught many a coyote, Mountain lion, dogs and bobcats wandering around the chicken coop on these cameras and have been able to shew them away several times through the speakers! Enjoy! WHAT IS A SNIFFSPOT? You and your pups can come and relax in this beautiful fenced in backyard without having to worry about having other dogs or people around. SniffSpots are perfect for reactive dogs or those who just don’t have the yard space to get all their zoomies out. But of course, anyone is welcome to come and enjoy our pool and yard! Our address is: off Santa Angela St, Highland (full address to be provided after booking). The entire back yard is available to use including the grass area. Pool Extra: If and / or your pups would like to use the pool, please see the pool extras. The pool is a chlorine pool. The pool house is off limits and will remain locked. There is a hose behind the pool house for your use to rinse off before / after pool use. Please bring your own towels. Neighbors have dog(s) on adjacent fence which may be out occasionally. Because we do have nearby neighbors, if your dog(s) bark excessively and don’t settle well, we may not be the perfect spot for you - out of polite consideration for our neighbors. Thank you! **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. (See last picture) Stay tuned, though!! I'll be adding more as the week goes by!! And thanks to a visitors idea, we will also be adding an A-frame within the week!! I have to build it first ;). Stay tuned!! **UPDATE 7/25/24** We now have low-light solar powered lights installed for those who'd like to visit in darker hours!! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Fully fenced in yard. There’s a strip of grass for dogs to play. ( 1/2 shaded mid day ) Lots of room to roam- but mostly on rocks / sand ( can get hot during peak time ) . Dog pool with hose on side yard. Towels provided. There is an umbrella for shade over the pool for maximum relaxation. Outdoor hammock next to pool. Dog toy bin with used dog toys. Dog treats on back table for the goodest boys and girls & dog water bowl. Seating & table for humans ( in shade ). Water bottles for humans. Poop bags and bug spray also provided (on back table) as well as sunscreen and tanning oil ( next to the pool) . Hope you enjoy our space! * I will lock my dogs inside while you are here. They WILL bark. If you have a friendly dog who wants to play with a friendly bullmastiff, let me know. Our Phil is still just a puppy (1 yr) and loves dogs!
