What people say about dog parks around Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Love the place Very friendly host she even got right back with me Definitely a place we recommend taking your dogs 🐕 😊 😇
Yogi had so much fun running free and playing. Nice, clean yard with plenty of room to play.
Grounds very clean. Convenient and easy to find.
Great yard for our 4 dogs before we started the 12 hour drive home. Got some energy out.
As you can see there is a small section of lower fence but if someone stands in front of it or your dog is well behaved its not an issue at all. It's really small and easy to block for one person.
Overall we enjoyed our experience as did the dogs! We will definitely come again if we are in the area.
This was such a great spot!! We brought our 5 dogs and they all had the time of their life. They were so tired by the end of the hour. We will definitely be back.
Moose and Charlotte are besties!! They are big dogs and play “ruff”. Neither of us have a big enough backyard and we scare others at the dog park. This works out great!!! Beautiful backyard.
Came here for Sophie’s bday and she had a blast! Nice area for your pet to run around and play!
Such a nice big green yard and is very quite. My dog loves it and there is always fresh water. A couple people will walk by here and there because it’s a neighborhood but not really distracting
Gated spot, with plenty of space for the dog to run around. My puppy had a good time. There are toys available as well. The patio area is nice, and the host communicated promptly.
Sampson had a great time here! It was the perfect spot for us to hang out, and we even got a cute note and some munchies!
This was the cutest spot for my pup to run around, Susan was so sweet and welcoming. She had fresh water, toys and a cute little to go doggy bag (:
Will for sure be booking again
Thank you for sharing your yard! Lots of open green space for a run and toys everywhere (going to buy our own Jolly Ball!). White a few piles of poop, probably from the resident pup, so watch your step.
Loved getting to spend some time here! Very clean and spacious, so plenty of room to run around. My dog loved it!
First time here and Crash had a lot of fun sniffing around. We played chase and fetch and he loved laying in the cool sand. Great visit- will be back! Thank you!
This was my first time taking my 2 energetic pups to a Sniffspot. It was a success! They ran & played hard. Instructions were easy to follow. I will definitely book again!
Great area for dogs to roam and play and feel safe leaving them be! Water hose and bowls were a nice touch in the heat! We had a great time
Tons of space, my dog loved exploring all of it! Close-ish to the road, so keep in mind if you’re planning to be off leash.
My doggy selective rescue loves Eric’s place! The backyard is spacious and well kept. Eric is very responsive and accommodating as well!
Eric's yard is lovely, clean and secure. He was very responsive to our questions both before hand and when we were on site. We had a great time and have already added this spot to our favorites. We'll be back! Thank you, Eric!
My dog had a great time! Eric was very accommodating and his space was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Dog water parks
Many hosts have added water features like pools and/or are nearby lakes or rivers.
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 75% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Myrtle Beach area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 7 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 4 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
