It makes my heart happy to share this with other pups and their humans. Safe and secure for pups of all shapes and sizes. Humans need to be careful on natural stone steps to the pool. The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. Plenty of room for running and playing! There is also a bathroom in the basement.

If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.

Take advantage of the last bit of summer with a large fenced in back yard and lagoon pool! I am offering my yard and pool for those who have dogs that love agility and swimming! If you have a long haired dog please give them a good brush before coming. It will help cut down the cleaning time. I have pet turf throughout the back yard which makes clean up a breeze! I do have 2 dogs of my own so please be sure to pick up after your dog. There is a hose located to the left of the stairs you can use for water if you pup needs a drink. When you enter the property, please go through the gate that is located between the shed and house. Sundays are blocked off for pool maintenance and cleaning. If my open availability does not work for you please send me a message. I have specific times blocked off and can open time slots if needed. We look forwarding to sharing our yard with you, please message me with any questions or concerns! ** The pool closes the second weekend in September. The pool is open!! Please remember - it needs to be added as an “extra” and there is a limit of 3 dogs in the pool for the longevity of our filter and pump :) There has been some confusion around booking the pool - you need to book the yard for at least as long as you book the yard. The yard blocks the spot on the calendar, not the pool. For example, if you book the yard for 90 minutes, the longest you can book the pool is 90 minutes (you can book the pool for less (e.g. 60 min or 30 min) if you prefer. Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in and when you leave. We live next to a very busy road and want to ensure everyone's safety! We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. Use of the pool is an add on, so please be sure to mark that when you make your reservations. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. Now for the Debbie Downer part - as the spot has gotten more popular, we are seeing things getting damaged and, as a result, have added a few rules. If you damage something, please let us know so we can address it. Things happen, so do not worry, we just need to know so we take care of it before the next guest.
