Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting. We have chairs, a table, pooper scoop, and a louvered pergola with screens for the ppl and dug house, treats, toys, and a water bowl for the pups. We can also have a hose available. You can park on the left side of our driveway or on the street.

Fully fence half acre lot in north Garner. A swing is suitable for people to sit on, or you're welcome to sit on the porch. A hose for water is always available, as well as a dog bowl, and a large 86" diameter, 1ft deep dog pool can be set up and filled with enough notice, as it takes quite a while to fill. We are on well water, so the water from the hose is safe and tasty for dogs and humans to drink! There's two humans, four dogs, and a cat on-site, though we generally will not meet guests unless you would like to. Poop bags and trash cans provided, as well as rubber Chuck-It balls and a ball throwing stick, a durable soft frisbee, a large herding ball, and a flirt pole! There is also a green sprinkler that can easily be attached to the hose; if requested I can set it up for you beforehand or you're welcome to attach it yourself!

I’ve been an avid Sniffspot user for years, so I’m so excited to share this space with other dogs and their people. 🐶 The yard is spacious and treated for pests, including ticks, fleas, and mosquitoes, using pet- and environmentally friendly products. Toys and fresh water are available for dogs, and bug spray and sunscreen are available for humans. We provide towels for both you and your pet. 🎾💦 Dogs and humans are welcome to use the pool. Umbrellas are available for shade, and there are plenty of seating options for relaxing, including a cozy outdoor sectional couch and tanning chairs. 🏊‍♀️🕶️ Please supervise your dog at all times while swimming or near the water. I have a fully fenced in yard. There is one gap, but we have covered it with cinder blocks. It is a 6 ft privacy fence, so you shouldn’t see the neighbors. One set of next door neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out. Please keep dogs on leash when outside of the yard. Thank you! Out in the yard there will be balls for your pup to play with, a water bowl, and a hose. We can also set up a tent we use for vendor events when it’s sunny or raining for shade/coverage. Just let us know in advance. There is also shade from a large tree in the yard. If you need a dog first aid kit, we will have one in the house along with things like water for humans, snacks for pups and humans, and a restroom for humans to use. If you need a towel for your pup, let us know, and we’ll be glad to give you a dog towel to use. We will bring things out to you. These are only available if we are home. Street parking is available at all times. You may park in the driveway, but please ask first in case one of us is going to have to leave (or coming back) while you are there.
