Open field backing directly up to 394. 225 ft of tie out, up to 250 lbs, so your furbaby remains safe while able to freely play and sniff around. 12×24 outdoor fenced play kennel with locking gate is also available for use. Small table and chairs are provided, as well as a pet waste receptacle to throw your bags away. Please enter backyard by using the entrance on the North side of the house and proceed to the North side of the kennel, directly back to Sniffspot sign. There is a firepit outside you are more than welcome to use, please bring your own wood. Cold beverages and chips are also available for purchase on-site. No restrooms avail onsite, however, BP gas station is just down the street. Security cameras monitor the property. Welcome and Happy Sniffing :)

There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas.
