Safe Hayven is privately nestled on a peaceful horse farm, surrounded by beautiful views and plenty of space to relax, roam, play, and simply enjoy some quality time together. Our securely fenced-in area gives your pups plenty of room to run and explore, and when they’re ready to cool off, they can take a dip in our large, dog-friendly in-ground pool! All amenities are available for you and your pups to enjoy. Dogs are welcome to swim under the supervision of their parents, and as with all activities, swimming and pool use are at your own risk. A few comforts for you & your pup 🐶 We have plenty of comfortable seating and table space on our covered porch, making it a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy the views while your pup plays. Before your arrival, we’ll provide a freshly disinfected water bowl, filled just a few minutes before you arrive. You’ll also have access to our outdoor hose anytime you need to refill it. Your pup will also find a small splash pool that many dogs absolutely love! It will be cleaned and freshly filled before your visit. Some pups even enjoy taking a little drink from it — they’re welcome to enjoy it however they please! On the porch, you’ll find a basket of helpful supplies that you’re welcome to use during your visit, including: * 🐾 Poop bags * 🧴 Hand sanitizer * 🩹 Basic first-aid supplies * 🧻 Paper towels * And a few other little essentials We kindly ask that you please do your best to pick up after your pup so we can keep Safe Hayven clean, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone. Historic and scenic property with natural barriers

I own 11+ acres in West Chester (bordering Downingtown), although I’m currently offering access to the 4.5 acres that is not fully forested. The side of the property you’ll be enjoying has the mill which was built in the 1760s and converted into a home in the 1970s. This strip of land is bordered by a creek on the one side, and a millrace on the other. The millrace is where the water used to run when the mill was operating many moons ago. Both the creek and millrace have water, although the creek has proven to be much more alluring to visiting dogs. Both serve as natural barriers on either side of the property. The deepest area in the creek is approximately 8ft. There are chairs there for you to sit and enjoy the view while your dog swims in the water. There is another, more private area, where your dog can get easy access to the creek water. I call this the “money spot” because there is easy access to and from the creek for dogs and humans. There are steep embankments for both the creek and the millrace so it would be an effort for your dog to cross them to “escape.” At the end of my 4.5 acre property, the land comes to a peninsula where the millrace and creek meet to become one body of water. This peninsula serves as a natural barrier although my friend’s young German Shepherd did jump out into this water and after a deer on one frightful day. Fortunately, we got him home/back but I think it’s prudent for me to disclose this harrowing event for the safety of your fur baby. There is an outdoor stone patio where you and your pup(s) can relax in the shade. Here you’ll find a filled water dish for your pup(s) to enjoy and a trashcan for your dog waste. If past dog visitors are any indication of future visits, your pup(s) will likely be thirsty from all the exploring, good smells and open land to run and play. I have one of those tennis ball throwing devices that help you throw a ball super far that you’re welcome to use too. There are two dog leads on the property you’re welcome to use for training etc. One is ~50ft and the other is nearly 100 ft long. They both attached to trees and can handle the weight/pull of large dogs. I ask that you don’t encourage your pup(s) to chase after the wildlife here, not just for their sake, but for the safety of your pup(s) too. I think the hawks might have put a dent in the small wildlife around here. You won’t see many small animals like squirrels or bunnies, although you are likely to see deer. If your dog is a young/strong “chaser” you might want to visit with a leash. You’ll also find less snuggly wildlife here like snakes and ticks. I ask that you use your best judgement in supervising your dog(s) and be sure to check them for ticks before leaving. Of course at your first visit, I’ll give you a tour of the layout with your dog leashed to ensure your comfortability with the space. I’d ask you to kindly replace the raft(s) in the creek should your visit cause it to pop.

Paws & Paddle Private Oasis * The Hidden Dipping Hole

Our spot is completely secluded and hidden from the road, backing up to beautiful, quiet woods for a truly peaceful retreat. Large Open Backyard: We have a massive, open yard perfect for fetching, sniffing, and burning off energy. Please note: The main yard is not fenced, making it ideal for dogs with good recall or those using long training lines. Dog & Human Friendly Pool: Want to cool off? We have an awesome pool that both dogs and humans are welcome to swim! We ask that 1 human/dog in the pool unless other arrangements are made with us prior to your visit. For everyone's peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced. The remainder of the back yard is not fenced in, but is accessible for well-trained dogs with recall.

Private Fully Fenced Yard 🌳 Perfect for Reactive Dogs + Wissahickon Trail Access Ambler

Private, fully fenced yard. No shared space, easy entry, and a calm, safe environment for your pup to decompress. Bonus: direct access to the Wissahickon Trail!! 🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people and their pups. This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.  ** While we love 🩷 hosting your pups! 🐾 We work full-time, 🐶Same-day bookings are always welcome but please note it may not allow me time to prepare the yard 💩 to my standards and place out the welcome basket 😊 for your visit. The Oasis (3 Acres & Lake)

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Welcome to your dream dog park! This stunning 2-acre property boasts a variety of features that both you and your furry friends will love. As you enter, you'll be greeted by dozens of trees and bushes, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful day out. Among these, you'll find an array of flowering and non-flowering plants, offering vibrant colors and sweet scents that will delight your senses. The property also includes spacious lawns, allowing your four-legged friends to run and play to their heart's content. You'll find plenty of room to toss a ball, play fetch, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. At the very back of the property, if it rained recently you will find a small stream that winds its way through the woods. The backyard boundary is marked by a tree line and untrimmed grass, following where the fence used to be. Also a note that the Nextdoor neighbors have chickens and a pup that they keep in an enclosed area. Quite likely you’ll hear them during your exploration of our yard!

We do ask that you brush your dog before coming to swim. We have plenty of toys for your dog, including balls, rafts for the pool and more! I am a dog lover with an amazing saltwater pool that I just do not use enough. I’m hoping posting on here will allow other dog lovers to enjoy it as much as we do! This helps me keep the pool as clean as possible for everyone!

Hills, fields, rocks and a 1 acre farm pond to explore! Please park on the grass between the house and metal barn or on the gravel lot across from the house. Walk down the edge of the property near the barn to the pond. PLEASE STAY on the left side of the pond and do NOT go into my neighbor's fields/yard on the right. If you can't trust that your dog won't run off the property, please keep him on a leash. Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 8 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to Weber's Peachberry pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Welcome to our woods which run along the Skippack Creek. Come enjoy a hike through our trails with your buddy. Your pet will have plenty of sniffing to enjoy. We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise. Willow Creek Ranch is a 48 acre farm in Washington Township owned by 3rd generation livestock farmers. We have many trails to walk on. The time spent here will be nothing but bliss. Even though we are in the center of a busy town, you will not notice, once in our woods. Our trails and property are clean and groomed routinely. We have fields for running. Our livestock is kept in pastures or pens. Please do not go into livestocks pastures or pens and keep privacy for the residence. While on our trails you will see beautiful wildlife.
