In my role as a Rover sitter, I regularly care for dogs seeking heightened mental and physical engagement in contrast to the confines of apartment life. To address this, I've curated a secluded, shaded area in my backyard exclusively for you and your furry friend to unleash energy with minimal distractions from approaching dogs Understanding that dogs thrive when their innate needs are met, I've tailored the space accordingly. For sight hounds, there's a flirt pole to satisfy their urge to chase. Border collies can indulge their herding instincts with a dedicated herding ball, while scent hounds can engage in nose work with scattered treats across the area ( your own, or mine for additional charge) Consider this space your dog's personal playground, where they can exert themselves fully before returning to your apartment, assured of a restful night's sleep. Our collection of toys includes a flirt pole, bungee tethered tree tug, frisbee, Chuck It fetch arms, herding ball, and herding egg, with the exciting addition of a Swift Paws Course lure coming soon! For your convenience, we've arranged several amenities for your own comfort: - A dedicated 💩 bag station and trash can ensure cleanliness. You'll have access via a smart padlock for easy entry. Enjoy your favorite tunes with our Bluetooth speaker. - Keep your leash handy with our leash hanger. - Stay connected with WiFi access via QR code. - Relax in seating for two while your furry friend plays. - Convenient parking is available onsite. Please note that we have two dogs of our own, but they will be safely inside or fenced off on their side of the yard during your visit, ensuring a peaceful environment for you and your companion.

This is a completely fenced-in property with plenty of room for your fur babies to run and play while you relax under one of the 5 shade trees on site, or just lay out a picnic in the grass. The kids are also not left out, there is an on site petting zoo where your kiddos can meet with the goats, ducks, and chickens on site and have plenty of room to enjoy themselves. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING: This property is 1.7 acres total, but has approximately 1.5 acres of usable space for dog recreation. __________ Description The front yard is mostly shaded and grassy. The north yard has been planted in native plant species--please do not allow dogs to dig in this area or tear up the delicate native plants as it has taken a lot of time, money, and energy to semi-restore this area for native wildlife and pollinators. Its a great area for sniffing, running, and playing games of "ball search." There is a garden on the SW side of the property that is not fenced off from the rest of the yard, and a large mulched area behind it. Please keep dogs out of the garden beds, but running through the mulched area behind it is fine. _______ Wildlife There is a gopher tortoise burrow along the fenceline near the mulched area. Gopher tortoises are a state threatened species. It is a crime to disturb this state protected species, and dogs are one of the biggest threats to their populations. If ANY disturbance is found near the gopher tortoise burrow, the host WILL contact the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and pursue appropriate venues to press charges. KEEP DOGS AWAY FROM THE GOPHER TORTOISE AND ITS BURROW. The host of this property does not allow any harassment of native wildlife (with the exception of gray squirrels*) including moles, pocket gophers, snakes, and the resident gopher tortoise. *Chasing gray squirrels is alright, as they have become a nuisance to the solar panels and roof.* No venomous snakes have been seen on the property for at least 2 years, when the current owners bought the home, but the host recommends staying away from the mostly unused blue shed in the backyard, next to which there is wood piled, as this makes good escape cover for snakes, though none have been seen in this area yet. _________________________ Dog Wash and Training Area The chainlink fenced area behind the house is a training and wash area. There is some agility equipment laying in the porch and an area of rocks where you can bathe your dog. There is a hose and usually soap on the windowsill. A water station is also available in this area, though you may have to turn on the faucet. _________________ Dog Poop Cleanup A poop scoop is available in the dog wash area and a small, white poop trash bin is next to it. If the bin is full, or poop is far from this small cleanup station, use poop bags instead. Poop bags are available in the black, diamond-shaped dispenser to the left of the garage. Please place used poop bags in the large black trash bin by the gate on your way out. Other than that, enjoy your time here! 4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.

There is beautiful flowers all over to smell and see, access to water and sprinkles, hills and room to roam and plenty of sticks to play fetch with. I’m the fall, plenty of leaves to run through. We have a beautiful large yard with LOTS OF TREES on a cul-de-sac lot in a quiet neighborhood. Our yard is only 3-4 minutes from Interstate I-75, and about 15 minutes from I-10, & we are easy to find! I have a separate area for small dogs in case you don’t want your little one with great big dogs. I have a slightly less than an acre I’ve been here 37 years well-maintained yard. I have a 90 pound pitbull who’s friendly loves cat we have a cat loves other dogs he’s big, but he’s sweet as he can be. If you do not want him around your dog that’s fine he’s he’ll be 11 in July and he just really likes to just lay around so that would be fine either way. Hope to see you soon.

I have a big back yard that is clean and safe for you and your pets to enjoy some outside playtime. Bags for clean up are available as well as water bowl next to the hose to give your pets fresh water after playtime. Towels are also available to wipe down your pet. There is a covered area for you to sit and relax while your pets run around and play. I am slowly adding more activities and toys for you to enjoy playtime with your fur babies.

Bring your dogs for plenty of roaming space, we have two 50ft long leashes to allow your dogs to explore. Your pets will always be safer than at a traditional dog park because there is a professional trainer on site at all times. All pets must stay on leashes. Thank you!

Also, if your dog wants a friend or companion we have a husky mix, his name is Rex and he is 2 and a half. He loves all visitors. Or if your dog likes solitude, we live in a quiet neighborhood for him or her to roam around the yard.

There are many other dogs and other animals here; if you need a place to rest this is a great place. Can have them up to a month. It's in back dirt roads and there's plenty of nature.
