Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Surrey **Update please read description**

Partially Fenced
40 acres

📢 Temporary Update – New Play Area & Adjusted Pricing Hi everyone — quick update! Due to unexpected renovations and ongoing landscaping/drainage work, our main large field and forest area is temporarily closed while improvements are completed. We are still open, and visits will now take place in our **new private play area**, which includes a fenced field, river access, a bit of forest, and multiple spots to relax and lounge. Parking remains the same. I’ve also added a simple map showing the current play area, walking path, and the temporarily closed main field. Because this is a different setup than what was originally offered, pricing has been adjusted accordingly. All existing bookings made at the original rate will receive a partial refund (or a discount for a future visit). We’re taking things week-by-week while work is underway and appreciate everyone’s patience while we get the full property back to top shape. If you have any questions or would prefer to reschedule or cancel, feel free to message me anytime. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! – Shayne IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD

29 acre farm, but the only farming these days is making hay. The whole area is cleared with only two small groves of trees. Frequently asked questions about North Saanich dog water parks

What do private dog water parks in North Saanich offer that public parks don't?

Private dog water parks in North Saanich offer complete privacy (no other dogs), specialized environments for swimming and water play, professionally maintained cleanliness, flexible 24/7 scheduling, and safe spaces for all temperaments—puppies, seniors, small dogs, reactive dogs, or any pup needing accommodations. Public dog parks in North Saanich can't guarantee any of this. With 12 options, you get predictable, controlled environments perfect for your dog's specific needs.

Can I find fully fenced private dog parks in North Saanich?

Yes! Most of North Saanich's 12 private dog parks are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, reactive dogs needing contained space, or small dogs who might squeeze through. North Saanich listings include fencing photos so you can verify security.

When can puppies start visiting dog water parks in North Saanich?

Puppies can visit North Saanich dog water parks as early as 8-10 weeks with initial vaccinations, much earlier than the 16+ weeks needed for public park safety. This early, controlled socialization prevents fear and reactivity issues later. Plus, puppies can explore swimming and water play without being overwhelmed or learning bad behaviors from poorly socialized adult dogs. Many North Saanich trainers specifically use dog water parks for puppy development.

How do I find private dog water parks near me in North Saanich?

Browse North Saanich's 12 dog water parks on Sniffspot by entering your neighborhood or zip code. Filter by distance, then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, terrain type, or size. Each North Saanich listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Local favorite Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Surrey **Update please read description** is particularly popular among North Saanich dog owners.

Can I rent dog water parks in North Saanich by the hour?

Yes! All 12 dog water parks in North Saanich are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer for training or events. Book instantly through Sniffspot, arrive during your time slot, and have complete privacy. Many North Saanich dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise.

What's the difference between Sniffspot dog water parks and public dog parks in North Saanich?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in North Saanich mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. That means you can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 12 North Saanich dog water parks give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, your pup enjoys swimming and water play and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Are there indoor dog water parks in North Saanich?

Yes! North Saanich has climate-controlled indoor dog water parks perfect for extreme weather, rainy days, or year-round exercise. Indoor North Saanich locations typically feature protective flooring, controlled temperatures, and enclosed environments. They're especially popular for puppy training, senior dogs, reactive dogs, or anyone wanting consistent access regardless of North Saanich weather. Filter by "indoor" to see options.

How do North Saanich dog water parks help with dog training?

North Saanich trainers love dog water parks because privacy eliminates distractions. Work on recall, practice water confidence building, dock diving practice, or swimming-based fitness training, reinforce obedience, socialize puppies, or address reactivity without interruptions. For reactive dogs, train without trigger-stacking. For puppies, practice skills in controlled increments. For any dog, get focused training time in an environment specifically designed for swimming and water play.
