Our puppy loves to run around our property. We have a barn with concrete patio with folding chairs for you to enjoy the shade. There is a large dirt hill that my children and dog love to dig in. We have an outhouse (no running water currently at the land) that needs to be locked up after use to keep large animals out. There is a woods behind our barn that we do not travel in much as it does not have paths yet. However, if you like to explore with your dog, you’re able. There is an old fence line within the woods to distinguish the line. The king driveway is a perfect turn. For our dog as we drop her off and let her run back to the barn. Please ask any questions!

This land provides all terrain options for whatever your dog desires. You can stay close to your car in a field setting or walk deep into the valley to explore the creek bed on a hot day. I have built 4 campsites on the property (also for rent,) so there are 4 unique sitting spots, hammocks, tables, and fire pits. We have 2 golden retrievers (1M/1FM, both fixed) and a golden doodle (1m/fixed) who can either be put in the house during your visit or come socialize, whatever you prefer. 14 acres picturesque park-like setting on a lake with dock and shelter house. Plenty of hills, woods, and open grass areas to run and play fetch! We will keep all supplies needed in gazebo by the large fire pit overlooking the lake. Make you and your dog(s) at home!

Nice fenced in area near pond, complete with places for dog parents to sit and dog beds for babies to relax on. Water dish provided for your pup to have hydration and small pool that pups are able to enjoy a small dip. Please feel free to use hose in backyard but make sure to turn it off when done. If pool is deflated, there is a small pump under brown chair for you to use. Please unplug when done and put it back. You are more than welcome to move things around as you need but if you take chairs off porch please put them back. Trampoline can only be used by children and jump at your own risk. There is a lock on the gate, code will be given prior to arrival, we just ask you put it back when done. There are a few toys out there please enjoy them! Have a wonderful time! We are a doggie daycare open during the day. We are available for Sniffspot rental after 5PM until 8PM Monday-Thursday. Friday-Sunday after 5PM until 9PM.

I have 4.13 acres for exploring and playing. We have a fully chain link fenced in section and then you may explore or use our tie outs in other sections of the yard. We have a deck that is fenced and connects to the fenced in portion of the yard. We have chairs, firepit, treats, toys, and are fine if the pups dig. 😊
