Beautiful tree lined private property At least 4 acres not sure really how big the area is trees to sniff Open area to run around it’s just gorgeous here especially in the winter. It’s an open area and then some areas around trees little pathways for the faint at heart if you keep walking way down I’m not even really sure how to get there. You get out at conservation land Crocker Pond. Probably more like 7 acres total But I put four because it’s kind of the general usable area, but it gets kinda wooded way down back Your dog must be under your control at all times they can be off leash, but they must be in your control It’s gorgeous here

Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. If you bring kids, we have two playhouses with some toys inside, along with two slides in the middle of the yard. Just ask for the WiFi password! If you are visiting in the evening, we can turn on outdoor lights for you. We offer a small doggy pool and our fire pit as extras (based on availability, please send us a message if interested!). Park in our spacious driveway and access the spot through one of two easy to use gates (pull UP). We love our yard and use it frequently, but always try to have it ready for guests since we allow last minute bookings. We do our best to check it and clean up between guests, but sometimes time does not allow or we are not home. Please be sure to pick up after your dog (you can use the small trash can inside the spot or our trash bin in the driveway, but please be sure to tie bags closed first). Please return all toys to the crate before you leave. Our lawn is far from perfect, but please discourage digging or the disruption of gardens/plants. Please do not pick from the fruit trees and bushes that we have out back. If you notice a white residue on any of the fruit trees, this is an organic clay treatment (kaolin clay) that is completely harmless to humans and animals. If you notice any mushrooms that interest or concern you, please feel free to forage or throw them into the woods. Our house is on .22 acres of land, with our backyard completely fenced in! Our yard gets some sunshine but also some shade from the trees lining the back of the yard, so it’s great for those warm summer days! There’s a bit of a slope to walk down into the yard, so just be aware as you enter through the gate! Your pups will love to run around the yard, while you get to sit and relax on the patio at the table and chairs! We have a bucket of dog toys for your pup to enjoy! There’s a space with dirt and sand, feel free to let your pup dig through- we don’t mind! During the warmer months you can enjoy a kiddie pool (for a small fee) or just the mist setting on the hose to cool off. Please note we do not provide towels so be sure to bring your own if you want to enjoy these amenities! If you’d like to rent at night, our patio is lit up by string lights, and we have additional motion sensor lights placed around the fence in the yard, so it’s perfect for a late night play session! We are located next to the highway, so there is some noise from traffic. Overall not very loud but occasionally there is some elevated noise levels with trucks, motorcycles, etc. Our yard is sprayed every 3 weeks for ticks and mosquitos, but there is still bug spray available to use if ever needed! The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. You may see people out front or inside the house but the backyard is yours to enjoy. We will give you space with your pup. This spot in a neighborhood setting. Be aware this means people and dogs could be walking around. I do not have control of what people and dogs are in the neighborhood outside of my fenced in spot. The fenced in area is down a long driveway and away from the sidewalk. I do have a box of toys I put out but it’s not listed as an amenity as they tend to get ruined quickly.
