We have a very large, fully fenced yard available (6' wood privacy fence) plus an on-leash area beyond the fenced yard that is our property as well. There are frequent deer, bird, squirrel and other wildlife sightings. The property backs up to the Mulberry River and the riverbank is very steep, please do not attempt to access the river at the rear of the property. Inside the fenced yard, there is a covered deck with chairs, table, and dog toys available and a water spigot you're free to use. We have 2 GSPs who love to use the yard but will not be on property. You'll have the space to yourself.

Water bowls up by the garage doors. Please keep your dogs from digging, to the extent you can. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Please put it back in that rack, and not on the table. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely be heard, as they bark when you pull up. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. If you would like to reserve more than one area, you must contact us, and we may approve this on a case by case basis. To access the agility field for training or SniffSpot, please walk along the front near the fence to get to the agility field. This is also our residence. Please respect our privacy. 🐾PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!! There is a purple and green doggie clean up station located in front of the training building, on the left side. There are bags located at the station as well as bags available inside the training building. There are also bags available and an orange Home Depot bucket near the agility field. Please collect your dog’s poo, tie a knot in the bag, and place it in the bin at the clean up station or in the Home Depot bucket. Help keep our facilities clean! No one wants an icky surprise on their shoe! 🐾If you are using the training building, please close the training building door behind you. (You may have to push HARD!) Our building is climate controlled, and we want to keep it that way! :) 🐾Do NOT adjust the AC in the training building! If it is not working properly or needs adjustment, please contact us. 🐾If you or your dog are sick in ANY WAY, please stay home!!
