Sadie's Place

This spot was bought and dedicated to our Australian Shepherd, Sadie, to give high drive, high energy, high loving dogs and their humans a safe place to run, bark, learn, train, and smile! TRU dog, LLC will be offering Agility Clinics, Training, and Education with our community Canine professionals! All proceeds will be used for upkeep and enhancements of Sadie's Place.

Cooperative Dogs

The yard at Cooperative Dogs is a beautiful, half-acre, fenced in area among the trees. It can be a great place for your pup to run and play and sniff in a safe, private atmosphere. Be aware that it is a new and developing yard, so as of now the ground is predominantly wood chips and there are stumps, trees, and other obstacles. Please be advised that Cooperative Dogs is not liable for injury to you or your dog. The fence is 5’ high welded wire construction with a chicken wire skirt, which is secure for most dogs but we cannot guarantee that your dog will not figure out a way to escape. There are currently no bathroom facilities. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PLOW THE DRIVEWAY OR THE YARD THROUGHOUT THE WINTER. BOOK AND ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Bangor Dog Park

Bangor Dog Park is located at 12 Watchmaker St in Bangor, Maine. The park is fully fenced and has a double-gate entrance. Visitors must adhere to strict rules, including being responsible for their dog's behavior and well-being, keeping their dog leashed until inside the first gate, and picking up after their dog. The park does not allow aggressive dogs, female dogs in heat, or puppies under 6 months old. Amenities include agility equipment and chairs. Features a fully fenced-in enclosure and safe play space. The enclosed area is almost an acre and includes 5-6' high fencing, trees and shrubs to sniff around, secret pathways through the trees, shady dog curated beds under the brush, balls for catch and a variety of dog toys. This is where dogs can just be dogs! Also offering 1:1 and group dog training opportunities. If you're having trouble with training, behavioral issues or just want help teaching your dog good manners I can help! My enclosure also includes a smaller pen I use to keep puppies protected from frollicking big dogs, nervous dogs or dogs with behavioral issues. It's a safe way for them to watch and observe everything that's happening and get used to the new smells and voices from a safe and protected space.

I have about a half acre of land in my front yard unfenced which you are welcome to use in addition to a little over half acre fenced in back yard. I have a horseshoe driveway to make it easy to pull in and drive right out without backing up. My backyard has a kiddy pool which can be filled upon request. Please request for the pool to be filled at least 24 hours before your visit. I also have a seating area with a camping chair and table under the big tree for shade. I will have a trash can and poop scoop available for use right by the gate. A fresh bowl of water will be provided for your pup as well. I have three dogs myself, however, they will not be outside when you book your visit. I just like to give a heads up as you may hear barking from inside. The back deck will be gated off as my large swimming pool is not available for use. Your dogs are more than welcome to go under the deck, my dogs certainly love it under there! I will have the gate to the fence open when you arrive. There is a couple of small gaps from the ground to my fence that I like to make people aware of in case they bring a small dog. My small Pomeranian can weasel her way under the fence in these spots if I am not paying attention. It will be a great spot to let them run around, however, if you have a dog under 10 pounds please make sure to watch them. I will have availability every day from 10am-6pm. If you plan to book a spot for the weekend, please give me a couple of days notice as I am gone most weekends and will need time to get the yard cleaned and ready for you. If you book day of, there could be a chance that I will not be in town to prepare it for you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
