With a fully fenced area for your fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. We also have our very own yard guardian, that we named BLUE (featured in our main property photo). He protects the rest of the small birds such as the finches and blue jay's from the crows and hawks. He is always perched on the railing of the deck between 7am to about 11am. 💙 We hope to see ya'll soon!

Property location is less a few minutes from the 10 freeway, which makes it the perfect location to let your dog get in some exercise, and have a potty break along your route without the worry of dirty pet areas at rest stops, or hazardous conditions at gas station parking lots. Your dog will be ready to nap and rest quietly after running and playing at this country sniff spot-which will enable you to continue traveling on to your destination. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. Relaxing and quiet rustic country acre only one mile from town, mall, restaurants, etc. Dry creek bed, small pond, lots of shade and seating and table area choices. Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 3 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two huge flat lawns, soccer ball, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

I have almost 4 acres. I have livestock and small animals such as chickens pigs and rabbits water turtles and large tortoises. All animals will be enclosed or fenced off. Your doggo will be able to interact with them through fencing. I have areas that will be closed off but will allow doggo in on leash. This is where I keep my rabbits and tortoises. My place has lots of different areas to explore from a rocky hillside to shade trees with an area to picnic. I have kiddie pools that will be available for the hot dog. Because of the different terrain please be aware the land is unlevel and varies from grass to sand and then rock. Parking will be inside the property. The gate is kept closed. I will open it for you. Your doggo will be full of energy when they get here but will leave here exhausted and happy. And we love the holidays around here so I will have an area decorated for the holiday. **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. (See last picture) Stay tuned, though!! Stay tuned!! **UPDATE 7/25/24** We now have low-light solar powered lights installed for those who'd like to visit in darker hours!! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns before/during/after your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the communication tool in the app. We very much value your visit and feedback! Private swimming pool for your dog! Swimming is great exercise for your fur baby! I am dedicating my pool to the fur babies only. Of course, you may get in with them but the main purpose for me renting is for you to bring your fur baby. Swimming is great for dogs with arthritis and other such ailments. Senior dogs that don't like to walk anymore, bring them swimming. If you have a dog with too much energy and it's too hot to take them out, Bring them swimming. I also have life vests for the dogs, one in every size. I recommend all beginners to wear one. It helps them learn and gives them a sense of security. I have watched a lot of dogs learn to swim now and this is the most successful way that I've seen. There is also a waist floatation device if you need it for yourself. No Minors Pool is for doggie guests 😊 humans can get in for safety and support IF needed but dog(s) should be the focus. Guests assume all risks, damages and liability My price $55 for 1-3 dogs it is $10 each additional dog after that for up to 7 dogs. (not the price sniff spot offers) Sniff spot doesn't allow me to set up my fee's the way I want. It only allows per dog. If you have more than 3 dogs message me, I need 15 mins in between bookings but the app only schedules on the 1/2 hr. If you book a time I may need to ask you to move it up or delay the time by 15 mins. I will message you after you book to let you know, please be on the look out for a message from me.
