We are open 5am - 10:00pm and attempt to close, but bookings may already be scheduled and we will reach out to you directly to confirm booking. This is one day every two weeks for irrigation in spring and every three in the winter. You may request a puppy water day and we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. Advanced bookings are not impacted by price changes. We encourage you to book your favorite day and time in advance. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. Please message me if you have trouble with booking and I can confirm availability or let you know if we have a cancellation. **FYI- if you book and reschedule a booking Sniffspot passes fees to the host, but if you cancel and reschedule no charges are passed to the guest or host. Step into a space where dogs can explore, play, and challenge themselves, while humans can relax and enjoy the day. We absolutely adore our dogs, (Kian + Bruna = Kuna 😉), so we decided to build them their dream yard, and now we’re excited to share it with you! Kuna’s Corner offers a variety of activities designed to keep pups engaged and excited. Dogs have plenty of room to zoom, climb and balance on the custom playset and tire pyramid, zig-zag along logs, dig in the designated digging area, or chase tennis balls and other toys. The playset also serves as an observation deck for dogs to climb and survey the yard, and the bungee tether tug lets them pull and play on their own. A sensory garden and a variety of tactile surfaces including grass, dirt, wood chips, turf, and pavers add new experiences to every corner. Wooden wind chimes provide gentle, calming sounds throughout the yard, and shaded areas and a pesticide-free environment make it a safe and comfortable space. Humans can relax in seating areas or a hammock chair and enjoy off-street parking for a stress-free visit. Kuna’s Corner is playful, enriching, and welcoming for every pup and their person. *We have a security camera in the backyard for home safety. During all Sniffspot visits, the camera is always set to privacy mode and does not record.

Large and fully fenced area that comfortably accommodates our greyhound’s needs, as well as our chihuahua’s needs. There is a large grassy area and also a tennis court area that works great for smoothing out dog’s nails. There are areas covered in small rocks, too. Since there are various terrains and it does get hot in the desert, we have dog boots (that are very breathable) and available to borrow, as well as dog visors. We have small, medium, and large boots to protect the paws. Also, personal sunscreen packets are provided for our guest owners. There are many seating arrangements, tables available, sun umbrellas, a water feature, and many areas with natural shade provided. There is one area in particular that makes one think that they are not in the desert, but rather in another part of Arizona that provides shade from pine trees. There are three enclosures that are visible and house two pygmy goats (joey and chandler) and a chicken coop with one chicken. You might see a rabbit or squirrel on occasion. Sometimes, the tortoise will emerge from his enclosure to greet you. There are fruit trees on the premises if you’d like to take a lemon when in season. There is also a hose to use if needed. (You will want to run the water for a bit since the hose gets very heated in the summer months). Parking is conveniently located near the gated entry. There are poop bags available if your dog relieves itself during your visit. We are sure our property will provide a peaceful retreat to enjoy with your canine friend.

Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun.
