PALS Park Upper (private)

Fully Fenced
2 acres

PALS park Upper, is a space we have curated for our three dogs, Penelope (20 lb., (F) Boston Terrier), Arthur, and Lewis (55-70 lb., (M) Cattle Dog mixes and biological brothers). Arthur and Lewis “do not play well with others” (they're herding dogs and tend to herd other dogs). Penelope is smaller and getting older, so she gets bullied at dog parks. We needed an open space with fencing, a relatively quiet area, yet far enough away from residential areas because our dogs bark a bit more than average and we don't want to be a bother to our neighbors. We realized this is the need for many dogs and dog parents (like us), and those dogs are not always afforded the ability to go to a dog park and be off leash, and be in a stress-free environment. That’s why we offer our space, a place we have made exclusively to let our dogs and YOURS be the very best version of themselves. Dogs deserve to be dogs, and that’s our aim at PALS Park. **At the park we do our very best to offer a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. We are always looking for ways to improve the park, for you and your dogs. With constructive, positive, and a 5 star review, we will be better equipped to meet your needs. Also, leaving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would be pretty darn PAWSOME! **If there is something about your visit that isn’t worthy of a 5 star review, please message me and I can make it right. *We also have a (M) grey and white cat named Stumpy. He is indoors 75% of the time and makes himself VERY scarce when new people/cars are around. *There is ample parking and the driveway will be cleared of snow in the winter months. If there is a massive snowfall we will do our best to make a path. *There is a horse shelter in the park (we are slowly turning into the guest space). That’s where you will find several pooper scoopers with a bucket for poops without poop bags, a poop bag station, and a few mobile poop bag holders. There is a trash can for bagged poo and trash. We have set out some people chairs and an elevated dog bed. There are always refreshed buckets of water around the park. Who can forget the toys? We have two deck boxes full of toys. A larger one near the house as well as a smaller one at the shelter. There is also a tennis ball hopper at the shelter. Toys can be put back in either box, and please try your best to return them before you leave. **PROPER POOP DISPOSAL PROCEDURE** #2 can be: -pitched over the fence (bagless) -put into the trash can (if bagged) Karmic Poop Pick Up - we have a ton of space to play, so the odds of missing a poo now and then are high, we totally get it. See a poop? Pick it up (with a provided poop bag) and all day long you'll have good luck! We have a 700 gallon stock tank pool (not open November - May) just for the dogs. This will be available for an extra charge of $5 per dog. We will provide some towels for pool use and for general wet weather, because we know a wet dog in a car is not fun. Please drape the used/wet towels over the large grey gate at entrance before you leave. For human safety, please try to stay off the patio/porch near the home as it’s slippery when wet. Those areas will marked with a yellow plastic chain or closed off with black gates. If the dogs make it up there it isn’t a big deal, just be careful retrieving them.

PALS Park Lower (private)

Fully Fenced
1 acre

PALS Park Lower, is a space we have curated strictly for dogs. This park is the little brother of PALS Park, now PALS Park Upper. This space is more rustic and a bit more simple than PALS Park Upper. There are 2, 5 gallon water jugs available with dog bowls. A deck box with an assortment of toys. A pooper scooper, along with a poop bag dispenser and trash can. There is a blue bag filled with agility equipment that may be used, but please put back when finished. People and Dog bug spray, natural and traditional varieties are available. This park is also named after our dogs. Penelope (20 lb., (F) Boston Terrier), Arthur, and Lewis (55-70 lb., (M) Cattle Dog mixes and biological brothers). Arthur and Lewis “do not play well with others” (they're herding dogs and tend to herd other dogs). Penelope is smaller and getting older, so she gets bullied at dog parks. Needless to say our number one goal is the safety and wellbeing of our kids, and now yours.

Be & Athena's Doggo Spot

Partially Fenced
2 acres

Hello! Welcome to Hekate Farm! (Here's an intro but for those not interested in reading our backstory please scroll to the bottom and read our small list of rules. Thanks!) We recently moved into a very lovely old farm property with a pretty extensive "yard" and thought this may be a great way to make doggo friends and share the wealth! We spent the last year living in a huge home downtown with not a strip of grass to call our own and my ol gal Athena (6 going on 60) suffered from the conditions all year being usually a farm dog who lays in the sun making you question if she is alive sometimes she's so content 🤣 when we went to dog parks I felt uncomfortable letting her off leash because there were such a large amount of dogs allowed at one time and she is unfixed so very popular 🙄😮‍💨 and also tends to be the one our four legged friends "with something to prove" (😅) like to challenge and feel threatened by unfortunately. She just came to relax and play so it wasn't our scene. Now that I'm in a position to host a site like that myself I look forward to being the place where 2 & 4 legged people can go to have a little privacy, maybe meet for a doggo date, (we have a 3-5 dog max ATM but may go up to 5-10 when I get more fencing) maybe even a picnic!, while enjoying a day, a few hours, or even just a lunch break or morning/afternoon/evening/late night stroll around some good old Midwestern farmland just outside the city with your dog(s). Enjoy peace and quiet to yourselves or Athena is happy to meet anyone and keep them company for a while too! She gets lonely and can't play with her little fur brother as rough as she'd like because he's a kitty and mommy doesn't like seeing him gets smushed by her when they play rough lol. A little about Athena: She is a HUGE lover and sweetest girl ever. I owned her parents and her grandfather and none of them ever in their lives showed a sign of unprovoked aggression toward any living thing, the kind of dogs that literally will boop noses with birds and chipmunks of they get the opportunity, I've seen it many times over the decade+ owning the bloodline #BlesedToBeTheirKeeper. She has never bred but we hope to allow her a single litter this spring if we find the right guy for her, were very picky. She's has had false pregnancies so I think she should be allowed to have her own babies once in life and my kids are ready for a Stark kids kind of deal at their ages finally 😅 We are hoping to use the money from this to save up for service dog training so she can do meet and greets with people (especially elderly as she LOVES the elderly) who may be in need of some Doggo snuggles 🐕‍🦺🥰 she is desperate for snuggles 🙄😅🤷🏻‍♀️ figured I'd make a professional out of her and give her days a little more purpose and fulfillment in all the ways I can 😁💓 Ok enough about my 4 legged Queen lol, for those of you looking for a little escape time with your pups I totally get it! Just let me know you'd like some privacy and for and additional $5 ($Beairyel or COA) I will halt booking while your visiting us and I'd be happy to oblige if you'd prefer Athena stays inside loving her furry little kitty brother to no end. Some of our fur babies need solo roam time! I get it! I do too every now and then. Hence moving back to the country lol. We hope to have you visit soon! Enjoy your day! (Some rules but not many: *No smoking cigarettes (I am very allergic as well as one of my children), no doing hard drugs or drinking in access before or during your visit here to the Hekate Farm. No exceptions. This is a natural place where you come to do natural stuff. Thanks. *No engagement in any violent or sexual behavior during your visit. This is a family home with children who live here and have windows and go outside at will. I protect mine on all levels at all costs. *Absolutely no littering of any kind and please do your best to pick up after your pet if they do their dooty anywhere you can easily access it. Don't have to trudge into the bramble after their done or anything but if you can safely reach it to dispose of it please do. *No approaching the house or anyone inhabiting it for ANY reason other then myself (Be) and Athena of she is with me. I can be reached at 608-709-9130 to address any needs you may have and if Ian not be reached unfortunately you are on your own or may call 911 if in need of assistance but not approach the home. Ever. *Please stay in designated areas doing designated activities. We do not provide a bathroom site for #2 for humans at this time under any circumstances and I think most people know where it's appropriate to do a tinkle in the outdoors if ur in an emergent situation (not in eyeline sight of the house or garage for starters lbvs) Breaking any of these rules will immediately end your visit, period. Doing so more then once is grounds for permanent ban from visiting at our discretion. We hope you understand and are willing to respect us and our home! 😁💓 I am not getting notifications from SniffSpot so please send a heads up text to 6087099130 before heading over for your adventure so we will not be caught off guard for visitors! Thank you!

Our 'back 40' In Arena

Unfenced
5 acres

This is our 'back 40' across the road from our house. It starts off as a hay field with a path all the way around. If you follow the path towards the woods you'll find more paths that loop around inside the woods. Our primary use for it is deer hunting, you will see deer stands, man made ponds, and mock scrapes. It is only off limits from September to January. You may see or hear our 3 dogs, various goats or chickens but none of them will venture over unless your dog would like to meet a new dog friend. More pictures to come. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks

Frequently asked questions about Park Place dog parks

Are there dog parks in Park Place for reactive dogs?

Yes! Park Place has 126 private dog parks specifically designed for reactive, anxious, or dog-selective pets. Unlike public dog parks where unexpected encounters can trigger your reactive dog, Sniffspot offers completely private bookings. That means only you and your dogs will be there. We enforce 30-minute buffers between visits so you won't run into other park users when arriving or leaving. This makes Park Place Sniffspots perfect for reactive dogs who need safe off-leash exercise.

How many private dog parks are in Park Place?

Park Place has 126 private Sniffspot locations ranging from cozy backyard spaces to expansive properties spanning 300+ acres. You'll find small dog parks, fully fenced dog parks, and dog fields options, each offering complete privacy during your reserved time. Browse listings to compare sizes, amenities, fencing, and reviews from other Park Place dog owners.

Are Park Place dog parks friendly for all dog types?

Absolutely! Park Place Sniffspot locations work for every type of dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer away from large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space to run, and yes, reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. Because bookings are completely private, you can customize the experience to your dog's specific needs—whether that's careful puppy introductions or stress-free exercise for nervous dogs.

Will there be other dogs at Park Place dog parks?

No, that's what makes Sniffspot different from public dog parks! We only allow one booking at a time, and host dogs must be kept away during your visit. When you book a Park Place dog park, you have the entire space to yourself (plus any dog-owning friends you invite). This privacy is crucial for reactive dogs, puppies in training, or any dog who needs space from other animals.

What makes Park Place dog parks safe for anxious dogs?

Park Place Sniffspot locations provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. There are no aggressive dogs, no inattentive owners, and no unexpected encounters that could traumatize anxious or fearful dogs. All guests must have vaccinated dogs (or titers), and hosts maintain clean spaces. 93% of Sniffspot reviews are 5 stars, with many highlighting how safe their reactive or anxious dogs felt.

Can puppies use Park Place dog parks?

Absolutely! Park Place dog parks are ideal for puppy socialization because they provide controlled, distraction-free environments. Puppies can practice recall, build confidence, and explore without the overwhelming chaos of public dog parks. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting any Park Place Sniffspot.

Are Park Place dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Park Place Sniffspot hosts mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're appropriately sized for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs risk being overwhelmed or injured by larger breeds, Park Place private bookings give your small dog the entire space to themselves. Look for secure fencing with minimal gaps and hosts who understand petite pup needs.

What are the requirements for Park Place dog parks?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. Each Park Place host may have additional requirements listed on their booking page. Most welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit traditional public dog parks.
