Fully fenced in 4 acre yard in Farmington. Grassy and shaded wooded spots. Yard is fully fenced in. Once you pull in the driveway, close the gate behind you. You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little muddy there (until it freezes/snows) 90% of the yard is still dry and easily to avoid the muddy spot. Feel free to use the toys and water dish. I clean it before each guest (of course, in the winter I can’t guarantee it won’t be froze) :) Disclosure: we have Trump yard signs up. I’ve been told this is offensive to some dog owners. I apologize is political affiliation influences where you can take your dogs. Our home is a small hobby farm with an orchard, horses, cats, turkeys, and chickens. We regularly see deer, hawks, cardinals, blue jays, monarchs, raccoons, and the occasional fox or coyote. Our chickens keep the place tick free without using any chemicals. Our orchard is 100% organic and we don’t treat the grass either. We have walking trails and open spaces to let a dog run free, but your dog must have a programmable gps or have great recall, as we don’t want your dog chasing our birds or horses.
