“Unleashed Pasture” 1/2 acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Berthoud

Fully fenced 1/2 acre pasture with amazing views. Where a dog can be a dog 😊 We have 5 acres and would love to expand and add and extra area out back in the the future. Goats, chickens and horses live on the farm. They are separated by 2 fences. Depending on the time of day, horses, goats and chickens may be visible.

The Double O Secure Field

It’s a simple field with a couple obstacles for agility. Fence is secure and field is private and in a quiet neighborhood! Fresh water is available from the spouts by garage or barn - not directly in the secure field. Poo bags/garbage in the field for your use as needed. Water bucket provided during the warm months, but water can accessed from the spout year round. Message us anytime with any questions 😊 There 2 horses that shares a small fence line with the secure field. They are typically nosey and friendly, and are is used to dogs barking at them. They may check things out and then mosey back down to their pasture. ** We have fresh eggs! $3 for a dozen or $5 for 18! Private Dog Park 1.5ac (Lure Coursing, Agility Equip- Extras)

Open field on back half of property. Native flora, not irrigated at this time (future plans). Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.
