When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

Organic herb farm with fenced in pasture for your dog. Only 1.3 miles North of Longmont but you will feel like you are miles away. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. Also have small enclosures that can be used for training. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture but they are gone now and the grass has been mowed short. Feel free to bring a beverage and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the slot that ends at 8 to watch the sunset).

It’s a simple field with a couple obstacles for agility. Fence is secure and field is private and in a quiet neighborhood! Fresh water is available from the spout by the garage (to the right of the garage door). Poo bags/garbage in the field for your use as needed. Water bucket provided during the warm months, but water can accessed from the spout year round.

Fully fenced grassy yard. Enough room to play ball or frisbee. Shade trees. Plenty of areas for sniffing! A friendly heeler mix is available for playtime if requested, otherwise, have the space to yourself.

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! We have just over half an acre for your big or small dogs to run and play while you enjoy the beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains.

We live on an 8 acre farm. We have several fully fenced 1/4-1/2 acre spots for dogs and owners to play with great views to the west of horsetooth rock to the north and longs peak and mount meeker to the south. Off street parking on the farm! And water bowl provided in each space.

Our small dog, Oliver, loves to play fetch and run around with other dogs in the yard, so let us know if your dog would like a playdate. No worries if not! Most dogs also love seeing the cows across the street, and going in between the shady and sunny spots. Nice for humans too – it feels rural, but it’s just outside of town. Beautiful view of the mountains. We have a chuck-it, some balls, baggies, water & hand sanitizer 😊🐶 enjoy!

We are redoing the outside fencing so the way to get in for now is kind of weird, sorry! You move the black trash can, move the fencing like a door, and go thru. We have a poop scoop and a bucket outside for clean up. There is a huge double water bowl outside for water. We also have some fetch toys! There are cameras all around the property and 4 people live here, so feel free to ask questions if you have any!

Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We recently partnered with a dog training company MuttMasters Canine Academy near Colorado Springs and will be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

**CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS THROUGH SUMMER 2024** As of 4/9/23, we are closing our spot through Summer of 2024 so that we can do some major landscaping and building projects in our background, as well as let our grass re-grow. We are super bummed to have to close down for this period of time, but we are super excited to re-open with a MUCH improved space for both dogs and owners alike. We are so excited to welcome you to our spot :) When we purchased this property, we were thrilled that it would offer our two labs more opportunity to run and play and now we can’t wait to share it with you! Our fully-fenced 0.25 acre yard offers the ideal space for your pups to get some exercise, train, or just have fun. The property is currently a mix of grass, dirt, rocks, and sticks! When it’s not snowy, we have two outdoor seating areas, one shaded and one in the sun on our deck. For those snowy/rainy days, we have covered seating under the overhang of our shop. Our spot offers a private road entrance, private parking, and a private gate into our yard so you can come and go at your convenience. The entrance gate currently has ~7-8 inch gaps between the rails, so very small dogs could squeeze through. Fresh water, toys, and a trash can will be provided, and I work from home so I am available if you need anything. We live in a very quiet neighborhood, but our neighbor’s older golden retriever is occasionally outside, as are folks out walking their dogs.
