Welcome to a private, farm-style retreat designed for dogs and the people who love them. Set on a 0.6 acre of level, fully fenced land, this beautifully maintained space offers room to roam, train, and relax in complete privacy and peace of mind. The property blends open pasture charm with thoughtful luxury, featuring agility equipment and engaging toys for playful enrichment, along with comfortable seating where guests can unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. A serene pond with a large fountain located outside of the play area anchors the space, filling the air with gentle, calming water sounds that create a unique experience for both dogs and humans. To maintain a peaceful setting for both guests and our neighbors, we host only one reservation at a time. This ensures a calm, low-traffic experience and allows dogs who may not be comfortable in public dog parks to enjoy the space safely. Fresh water is always available, and shaded areas provide relief on warm days. ✨ Peaceful. Private. Elevated. *note: into the late spring/summer months, there can be burs and foxtails in or around the field. We strive to keep them at a minimum but please be aware that these occur as part of the natural landscape. Enjoy exclusive access to our indoor K9 training facility, perfect for dogs who benefit from a quiet, controlled environment instead of busy dog parks. This space includes both an indoor detection/training room and a smaller outdoor play yard, and you’re welcome to use both during your booking. Our facility includes: • climate-controlled indoor training/detection room • small outdoor play yard for potty breaks and fresh air • use of our slatmill (owner-operated only) • assorted training equipment available for responsible use • public restroom access during your visit This is a private rental, so only your dogs will be scheduled during your visit. It’s a great option for: • reactive or sensitive dogs needing space • working dogs needing focused training time • puppies learning confidence in new environments • enrichment sessions and sniffing/exploration time Please note: we are an active boarding and training facility. At times, boarding dogs may bark or get excited, so please be aware of potential background noise. Indoor Hay Hunt Play Park

This over 600sqft training room is designed with inspiration from a Masters Level Barn Hunt course. With 60 hay baled and special 3/4” foam flooring for shock absorption, then disinfected with Rescue between visits, it gives you and your pet a fun, temperature controlled space to play or practice training and confidence building! Don’t forget to get something fun to drink for yourself while you relax from our (complimentary) Bevi machine!

Wilderness Alley For Dogs To Run and Explore

*Please note - photos are outdated and currently the area is lush and green, with bark mulch laid down over private lane. New photos coming soon! Hello! We own an easement between 2 dead end roads. It’s very spacious with room to run and lots of interesting spots to explore. There is a seasonal “stream” which is a small drainage ditch. Exercise caution with small dogs due to a culvert pipe which is exposed during dry weather. There are a few neighbors who use this area to walk or ride bikes home, so it’s not entirely private. Chickens, ducks, cats, and (likely) barking dogs are visible from the area. No through traffic but occasional driveway use may happen during your stay.

There’s so much to do for dogs up here close to Hudson way which is loaded with fun trails and biking. Bring your pup to play on our log stack and run through the fields. There’s so much nature out here to keep even the most chill dogs interested. There’s plenty of parking and places to sit and relax while your buddy gets his energy out. Head down to the river at Purdon crossing or Edwards to cool off after the fun.
