Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. Hi I'm Erika, I have a Goldendoodle named Polly, our sniffspot is located just 2 blocks from downtown Marshall-exact address provided upon reservation. We have a fenced in front and back yard (which can be separated by closing the side gate if you would rather only use the backyard). Polly will be kept inside and away from windows so you and your baby can have a fun and relaxing time. There is seating with shade on the front porch and seating on the back porch that you're welcome to use. As seen in pics there is also a blue tote next to the stairs in the backyard filled with water for squirt guns (provided), my dog loves to try to catch the water from the squirt guns. Make yourself at home. There is a basket on the patio table of things like hand sanitizer, bug spray, sun screen, Band-Aids (hopefully you don't need them but they're there just to be safe). Help yourself to anything you need. A water dish will also be provided which is washed after every reservation. Puppy pool can also be freshy filled for additional charge.

Fully fenced in backyard, plenty of room for dog(s) to run with a swing for the owner to sit and relax. Poop bags will be offered next to gate, and a bucket of water will be provided.

Open area to walk and play with your dog. Pigeon river is approximately a 1/3 mile walk. Plenty of room, no neighbors, quiet and peaceful. The sunsets are epic here and are worth watching with your best friend furbaby.

Please park in the front and walk around back. We are in the process of building a beautiful fenced in area coming spring 2024! The other property is leash on and has beautiful wooded terrain to explore, and barnyard animals waiting to say hello! ❤️

We have a very large fenced in yard that we’d love to share it with your fur babies! We have a nice patio within the fenced in area that you can rest in the shade and watch your pet burn up all its energy! Our fence is 4 foot tall and keeps both our energetic boys within its perimeters! Our yard boarders a densely wooded area. You cannot see any other homes through it. Large area with a opened field in back (long grass). Great for jumping around in! Middle yard 3/4 fenced in, maintained and has shorter grass. Middle yard fenced on both sides and front, opens to the back yard that is unfenced, but does have shrubs and treeline on each side and a slight hill. All in all, great space to run for large and small dogs! Picnic tables to sit, sticks for pups to grab (lots of trees and shade in the middle yard), and water in cooler by picnic table (for dogs and humans! 😊). Hose available to spray down or fill kiddie pool (soon) on a hot day.

We have a great space with 2.5 acres of woods and grass. We have trails and no neighbors to bother. Walk with your baby or let them run around while you hang out on my deck or by the fire pit. I have a long driveway(.2 of mile) from the road with spare parking. If you want I have a super friendly pup to run and play also!

Our imperfect backyard is just as nature intended and is the perfect spot for dogs to let loose and be a dog! This is mostly shaded by tall pines- fenced area includes both a cut grassy area to enjoy the scenes or play fetch and a tall weedy areas to investigate. The wooded section is a fun spot for diggers to do their thing!
