40 acres of wildflowers and natural grasses with a natural spring-fed creek, sandy beaches and rolling hills. Fenced along the highway, and on either side, but open everywhere else! I recommend a long leash or lead for escape artists, as the fence is meant for livestock and will not keep in a determined doggo! Come dip your toes in the crystal clear stream with stunning views of Pikes Peak. Ultra private, neighbors would need binoculars to see you! Quick and easy access off the highway, park in the grass and explore with your pup. Parking area is shown in last photo, please do not cross the bridge with your vehicle, but completely free to roam on foot and paw! Please watch for cacti and burrs! Thank you!

Nice quiet location close to downtown. Fully fenced Astro turf dog heaven with tons of chew toys and tennis balls. Also backs up to open field with more room to run around in the tall grass if you and your pup desire. Tables and chairs for humans. Plus toys for kiddos.

Scenic pasture fully fenced with 2x4 no climb fencing. Three alpaca use the space when dogs aren’t booked. The alpaca are right across the fence line for dog owners to see while the doggos play.

There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. Please note that the remaining 15 acres behind the house are reserved for our poultry and feline friends, so we ask that you respect their space. We are on an acre of land! We do have pigs and birds (both inaccessible by fences). Free range running otherwise!
