We have a very large mowed yard, pond, and a hay field. The pond is safe to swim in, our dogs swim in it regularly.

An acre securely fenced with 5 ft commercial chainlink. Previously used for boarding, training and grooming. Professional owner/operator with decades of experience.

Large outside area where pets may roam freely. Does have large fenced in area located on 5 acres of land. You may have your pet in the fenced in area or let them roam freely on the 5 acres.

mallard may only be 1.5 acres but it is a diverse 1.5 acres. about half the property is wooded, there's a stream, I have a small pond but it's overgrown right now. my yard is big and muddy so I probably won't even notice any extra dog poop unless I somehow get a lot of traffic which I doubt being in the middle of nowhere. i'm saying you don't have to pick up poop here. The end of the property line outback connect to rails to trails.
